They do not pick up the phones. Tried calling at the house to order over phone. AFTER 10 MINUTES I decided to drive down while waiting for them to answer. 22 minutes of ringing. Walked in and I was the only customer and asked if they answer their phone, while I was still waiting for someone to pick up. Nope was the response (do to the phones being static)… They said just order on line…. why provid a number when your employees don’t care about answering the phone. A bit disappointed. Hope the food will be OK.

At this point I’m just going to have to give up on Little Caesars in Las Vegas. Breadsticks with no butter or Parmesan and another little Caesar’s in vegas selling over cooked pizzas.
Little Caesars won’t get any more free money from me cause I can’t eat this.

ETA: district manager just reached out to apologize and rectify the situation, was busy with renovation from the looks of the store yesterday so the response was a little delayed. Updating review in reflection of that. Look forward to returning sometime in the future but def gon take a second to check the pizza before walking out.

How is this an acceptable classic cheese? Absolutely disgusting and doesn’t even look appealing. This is the first pizza I’ve ever just thrown out. Do better. Sbarros has a $14.99 XL whole pizza with a coupon. Just gonna do that next time. Will be contacting corporate for a refund because this is just wild to serve someone. They weren’t even busy in the least bit, there’s no reason they couldn’t QC and dump this pizza

I ordered a fresh pepperoni pizza through the app, but I noticed they were swapping my freshly made pizzas with older, pre-made ones.
I arrived before the six minutes it takes to finish making the pizza, yet my pizza box was already waiting..
I don’t have this issue at other locations. This practice is very SHADY and I would not return to this location unless the staff was changed.

During my recent visit, the pizza sauce that accompanied my order was placed directly into a thin plastic to-go bag rather than an appropriate food-grade container. The sauce leaked throughout the bag and was clearly not packaged in a sanitary or safe manner. Using non–food-safe packaging for consumable products poses a contamination risk and indicates a serious breach of basic food safety standards.
Additionally, the pizza itself was excessively salted, rendering it inedible. While seasoning levels may not fall directly under regulatory review, the overall condition of the food, combined with the mishandling of the sauce, raises concerns about employee training, oversight, and compliance with health district regulations.

This is the second time I order their pepperoni puffs and they forget to put the pepperoni. Now this time they gave me like a 1/4 of a puff. It’s a joke. I emailed their support/feedback email no response. I even called the corpo8number saying they would reach out…still haven’t heard from them. Sometimes they have agent taking payments and making the food and I don’t see them washing their hands after they have dealth with money.

Picked up a stuff crust pepperoni pizza today on 12/22 @ noon. The pizza hit the spot for the kids and the lady that took the order was thoughtful (saw me waiting in my car and brought it to me). Thanks for the warm hospitality. Happy Holidays.

The tall female cashier doesn’t understand at all. I wanted a regular light sauce pizza and she charged me $9 and handed me a stuffed crust pizza when I didn’t want that. I even ordered stuffed crazy bread. Came home was raw still! Whoever hired her needs to train her more because this is the 2nd time she messed up my order. Last time I wanted a regular pizza again and she gave me the slice n stix instead.
