I am a regular at this location, especially for breakfast hours. The quality of how well the food is cooked really depends on those who are working. Some days the food is cooked perfect, such as today, but other days the hash browns will be undercooked, bacon will be soft and soggy, McNuggets won’t be crispy, fries will be soggy and cold, etc. These same workers can barely handout, either. One day I waited 45 minutes for my mobile order, food was cold, and they couldn’t care less when I mentioned it. Maybe if I didn’t frequent as often as I do (5 times a week), then I’d understand ignoring me but they know who I am at this point and still couldn’t care less. My 5 star review is for those employees who care, cook well, and do their jobs properly.

I come to this McDonald’s all the time and have honestly never had a problem before, which is why today’s experience really caught me off guard. This location is usually reliable and the service is typically smooth.
Today, though, the woman working the counter, shown in the photo attached, seemed extremely overwhelmed by how busy the store was and unfortunately took that frustration out on customers. I politely gave her my order number several times and asked if she could help me retrieve my order. Each time, my request was ignored. She expressed how busy everything was and then walked away without helping me at all.

Convenient and Reliable!
This McDonald’s has been consistently solid for me. I’ve never had issues with incorrect orders, and the food tends to come out pretty quickly, even during busier times . While there isn’t a traditional drive-thru, the pull-in pickup lanes work smoothly and don’t really slow things down. The location itself is convenient and easy to get in and out of, which makes it a dependable stop when I’m in the area. Overall, a reliably good experience.

It took over 20 mins to receive my curbside order when people who pulled in and just order at the counter were able to get their order placed and food long before I did which was an order of 3 small items. Horrible service and speed. I had to literally just walk in to get another order. Would not recommend at all.

I haven’t been to Mc D’s in probably 10 years. I caught word of a fresh all beef patty on the qpc so I had to give it a shot. All in all it was good. Not gourmet good. Not even 5 Guys good. But way better than the burger I remember it to be. This establishment is newly renovated. It has a nice layout and is very clean. The self service order screen is a neat addition.

I like this McDonald’s for three reasons:
1. The food and service are consistently good.
2. It’s only a five-minute drive from my house.
3. It doesn’t have a drive-thru, which means the staff can just concentrate on the walk-in customers, instead of constantly being swamped by drive-thru business.

This is the best McDonald’s in falls church va .there very clean and the food is always fresh, you can tell by just looking at how the fresh fries look its clear and taste good .. the employees are very nice and always provide good service. 5 star all day .

Never written a negative review in my life but this is my half burnt bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle, When I ordered a sausage. My “Large” OJ Wasn’t even filled all the way and I only got one of the two extra hash browns. One issue things happen I get it but this isn’t an awesome way to start the day.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever had the displeasure of eating at. Manager constantly tries to short customers, giving as little food as possible and trying to charge customers for extra sauces. For reference, these chicken strips I ordered are much smaller than the normal ones. The only reason this McDonald’s is still in business is because students from the nearby high school get lunch there.
