Took awhile to get our order placed. The actually took orders from people behind us first. I don’t believe was on purpose but probably assumed we had placed our order. They should have asked us. We had to finally speak up. Once the order was placed it was brought to us in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy they were. It was quite expensive in my opinion, but I don’t go out much. So I’d have said 5 stars all the way if they had taken our order properly and if it wasn’t quite as expensive. $3.00 less a person would have been more reasonable in my opinion.

Too expensive for what you actually get. I love a good steak and cheese, but when you’re charging $11.00 for a small and you only get meat enough for one half…not a good buy.

Have frequently visited other Santini‘s delis and had no issue this one however when we walked inside me and my spouse were the only ones there it took a little longer than I would’ve liked to make our order was just a steak and cheese and an Italian that took about 10 minutes to makethe atmosphere was nice. The dining room was clean. I would just appreciate more urgency as we were on a time crunch, and the service was lacking in that department.

I would recommend avoiding the lunch rush, as it was a long wait.
There are a ton of workers buzzing around making the sandwiches. The ordering system is confusing, and online orders are a lower priority.
The food was yummy, but the value wasn’t there. The bottles of water also cost $3.50 which was a bummer.

Food-Grilled Chicken Club
This sandwich was sooooooo good. It’s kind of like a turkey club sandwich but with Grilled Chicken instead. The chicken was juicy, the bacon was crispy, and the Kaiser roll was lightly toasted. I couldn’t taste the black seeds at all.

This happens without exception when we pick up food. The pizza is ready and while the staff is confused about rest of the order. Eventually they realize rest of the order is needed and finally start making it while the pizza gets thoroughly cold.

If you wanna grab a sandwich or grab something bigger such a pizza then you come to the right place. This restaurant is unique in their system, it lays between a regular restaurant and a fast food restaurant. When step in, you should head directly to the kitchen counter to place your order then you’ll be requested to move to the cashier to pay and then pick your table, you’ll be seated on your own, then the server bring the food yo the table once ready. The place is neat and clean, spacious and could accommodate groups if needed. They have indoor and outdoor seatings. There are many wide screens to watch main events. The menu is loaded with a variety of pizza, pasta, deli’s and salads. I had a Mediterranean pizza plus a Greek salad. The pizza was yummy and chewy. The salad was ok. Something to mention, they serve disposable plates with the meal, so when you finish as a courtesy, you may dispose the used plates in trash bin. To me, I’d like to visit again to try more items.

Great Deli! This restaurant runs like a well-oiled machine. Staff is friendly and food was fresh, generous, and made to order. Huge selection of drinks and inside dining area is spacious and family friendly. Bathrooms were also super clean!

The Calzones are very nice. The cheese steak sandwich was good as well. Located on the first floor, near local hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Seems like a favorite for local residents as well. Free refills on fountain drinks. The Coke Zero seemed a bit off in flavor. The place was bright and clean. Ample parking.
