Absolutely exceptional customer service every time I have visited st clair county, by far the best McDonalds anywhere around. The employee named Destiny is always so polite and fast and kind and welcoming. Food is always fresh, servers are always amazing, and I had a slight bit of trouble w the app, and they completely fixed and helped and even comp’d part of my meal

I came through from out of town to visit my mom. This is the first and only McDonald’s I’ve ever been to that I have ever had trouble with ordering a double cheese burger meal. First the guy tried only giving me a mcdouble meal which I didn’t want because mcdoubles only come with one slice of cheese. When I kept telling him double cheese burger he then tried saying I wanted the meal with two cheese burgers and no fries which I didn’t want either. A lady eventually took over and told me I would have to order the triple cheese burger in order to get something close to what I wanted. Basically got talked into a more expensive meal just because they ‘dont do double cheese burger meals’. All the the other McDonald’s I go to here in Ohio I’ve never had a problem.

They were not the nicest to me or the customers around me. I purchased two large fry’s and they are both half full. Disappointed with the price of the fries going up and amount going down. Definitely going to think twice about the value before going out.

This McDonald’s is sooo rude to their employees and love to take advantage of others. How you gonna write one person up for calling in 24 hrs before their shift but someone can call in 2 hrs and not get one. Marysville is a complete joke and they only care about one thing which is themselves. I have yet to visit this location since June due to the managers treating employees so bad.

I don’t know if it was a one off experience, but my fries yesterday were fantastic. Very crispy and must have been right out of the frier because I basically burned myself on every fry until the last couple of them. Best McDonald’s fries that I have had in years honestly. Thanks!
