Great quick service Sunday morning. I had the Blu cheese burger, (I forget the specific name) personally not my thing. I love burgers and my sister seemed to really like hers. The fries here are very good and on the same level as Five Guys. (Who I love) The onion rings here are very nice and the batter was very crunchy.

They aren’t lying about their name. Their burgers really are the best. Service was nice and quick. The Swiss Mushroom burger, the Reuben Sandwich, and the Island Burger are favorites of mine. The onion rings and sweet potato fries are awesome as well. Make sure to grab a slice of pie or cobbler on your way out!

Great spot for a variety of food. We started with the fried pickles and okra the homemade ranch was awesome.
We then got the chicken fried steak, cheese steak, BLT, & grilled cheese.
They didn’t disappoint. The service was friendly.

There are no words except “island burger” & and side of island sauce for every bite. I enjoyed this burger, and the pineapple was, thankfully, not upside down. However, no judgement for those seeking upside down fruit. I wish I could live in this kitchen in my dreams or at least hire the chef after winning the lotto.

Something has changed last night my whole family came in…4 of us got burgers one got chicken tenders…that were kinda gross. No seasoning..no taste….The catfish was good… but the burgers were different.. my burger looked like a burnt hokey puck .. it was way over done and the meat was much smaller than my bun…its usually as big or bigger than my bun…cooked to a perfect med. ..slightly pink in middle and super juicy.. .this was definitely not…and my husband got the cheese burger that has tons melted cheese. And the bottom of his cheese way waayy over burnt.. like they got a new cook or something.. I dont kno what happened but the size taste and quality have gone down dramatically. At these prices.. we should be getting a decent burger.. and thats not the case anymore.. very sad

This was our first time to Best Burger Barn.
We live about 20 minutes from here. When we heard about the pie, we knew we wanted to try it. Today was the day we were finally able to make the drive.
I tried the Island burger and sweet potato fries. The burger was good, the sweet potato fries were just plain.
We were then told the the possum pecker pie doesn’t usually make it to the weekend……

I did a Kid’s Cheeseburger with lettuce only, onion rings, homemade potato chips, and fried okra. Staff was amazing, I was able to bobtail and come in and eat. I was a bit out of it due to my long day. Really great burger. Moist and juicy. My favorite thing out of all of this was the homemade potato chips. They were just delicious. Onion rings and Fried Okra were okay. This is a nice little restaurant. I would love to come back when I’m in town.

this is my first but not my last time coming!!! everything was so so good, the server was attentive and friendly. everything was hot and fresh they do not fib about not having warming plates or a microwave!

We got there just before lunch rush. The service was fine, considering there was only one server. She was doing very well with all the tables she got slammed with. As we were almost done eating another server showed up and relieved her a bit. It’s well worth the wait. Everything was Fresh & Delicious. Highly recommend it’s more than just burgers!
