We arrived with a group of ten hungry from bowling and arcade and first time here. It was extremely busy but our orders were memorized literally and came out together and quickly. Fish was delish, and no complaints over everyone’s meals! Grandkids sat alone with an air of independence! Lol. Will come again and again!

Fast, friendly service here at Charlie’s. My family and I don’t visit here often, but my son played a great game of football and according to his teenage self…he was starving (he’s not starving) and wanted mozzarella sticks. Food was satisfying. There’s something about the ambiance that reminds me of my childhood in Canandaigua. It was busy at the ordering counter, but the team handled it well. Lots of tables available and it was quiet in the dining room. Plenty of parking. Tables were wiped down by staff regularly. I had the blue burger which was good.
It’s gigantic so I want able to eat the fries that came with it. My husband had the half plate which was also large and unfinished. My son had the chicken fingers, fries, mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms and was over the moon happy. Definitely a must if you’re in the Canandaigua area.

The food isnt bad but it is subpar. The smash burger was bland, the pizza logs tasted like frostbite. The curly fries had virtually no seasoning at all. Service was quick and friendly which is a plus. Table looked like it hadn’t been wiped down properly, pretty sure we had some mayo still stuck to the side of the table.

Charlie Riedel’s, any of the 3 locations, are some of the best overall dining experiences one could have even though it’s essentially a burger and hots joint. Always, the service is excellent. The front end staff is always extremely attentive both when slamming busy and when it’s slow. The cooks in the kitchen cook perfect to order burgers, fries, hot dogs, fish fries, and more. The meat sauce is unique and absolutely flavor packed. The thick dill pickles on the counter are sensational.
If you haven’t tried Charlie Riedel’s yet, don’t hesitate at all –> You and your whole family will love it!

First time and this place was reccomended by a past local. We had to try the garbage plate. I ordered a half cheeseburger plate and hubby got half cheeseburger and half white hot. It is definitely a crazy combination that should not go together but it was really really good. The kids got a hot dog meal and dining chicken nuggets and said they were good. They got their slush and were happy. The fries were delicious! I could have kept eating the kids fries. The girl at the register was super nice and very friendly! I’d definitely return and order the garbage plate again.

Staff was clueless. Ordered the fish dinner and it had a weird after taste. My gf ordered the fish sandwich and all they did was stick a huge piece of breaded haddock on a hotdog bun.
I used to frequent the location in Webster and it was really good over there.
This place is a sad excuse for a restaurant and they will never see my business there again. It’s really too bad because I was excited to try their food again.
