At 11:53 am on January 14, 2026 my daughter was in the Woodward store Ferndale, Mi drive through picking up our lunch which included a large chilli, 3 biggie bags, 3 drinks and a frosty. My daughter told the lady at the drive through window that there were 3 drinks and a frosty included with the order and she threw one of the drinks at her from the window. She discribed her as a young light skinned African American woman. Not only was her behavior unprofessional it was unacceptable as a food service employee.

Wendy’s restaurant the bacon was uncooked they put on my sandwich. The fries were hot. The chicken nuggets were nasty like they’ve been sitting for a while when I I pulled my junior bacon burger out the bacon look raw. I took it back. The service was horrible. The lady lays bag on the counter and started back talking to her workers. Didn’t even say this is your order didn’t acknowledge me as she was a much older lady in her late 60s maybe 70 she was very rude. I would never go there again to that store. Even the lady who had Uber eat or said the lady is always nasty so to me that speaks volumes about how horrible Wendy story is.

I haven’t eaten at a Wendy’s restaurant in quite a while, so I was shocked to see how small there burgers have gotten. They have a combo deal with two Jr. bacon cheese burgers and I ordered it, drink was decent, fries were good, but the burgers , I had to open the bun to make sure that they put any meat in the sandwich, one of the most sadly made burgers I’ve ever seen. See through slice of tomato, soft lettuce stuck to the bun as I opened it made for a very disappointing lunch.

Had went through the drive and order a number 1 when I pulled to the window I watched one of tug cooks throw fries back into the holder. When I received my order the fries was old hard and cold. The burger patties was old and hard. Was drenched in ketchup. Barely and mustard or mayonnaise. Had one pickle on it and next to no onions. It’s disappointing since they used to give good service. The crew at night don’t care about fresh food.

I’m putting up a door dash and got kick out at 9:35am no lines no customer told restaurant doesn’t open up into 10am sometimes base off off what I was told by a new employee coming in but the door was unlocked then the cook came from behind to lock the door after me and the restaurant worker and manager when back to eating the food that should’ve when to customer…the older lady with bowl cut wig first tried to run away from her getting caught eating then came back smiling like whatever.. it’s sad because where I’m from The restaurant is open at 8am on the inside not 10am and the workers at that location are friendly and nice but I guess you pay for what you get because the Wendy’s by me in Novi knows how to run a business versus this location will be close soon or have new employees and sad thing is it wasn’t busy but their old and lazy. Hire new employees before it’s too late.

Son is throwing up from the chicken sandwich. It a weird patty and didn’t taste the normal sandwich. This is the 3rd time this place has made me sick in 20 years. At one point in time you have just start blaming yourself for coming back.
