Came in to pick up a pizza on a late Sunday night. It was pretty quiet, the place was huge, lots of staff, but pizza came out quick while I watched some NFL on the TV. Seems like a great spot to eat pizza and watch sports. The pepperoni pizza was good!

Food was excellent but service was extremely slow. There was a 30 minute wait to get in, no big deal. However, once seated, no server came to us for 20 minutes. Finally the hostess said I’ll serve you and took our order. She was very friendly but only came back once with the drink and then with the food. Needless to say we got there at 8pm and we were the last ones out of the restaurant. The wings and CBR pizza were incredible though!

Stopped here for a dinner meal yesterday. It was close by and filled my pizza need. The venue was large and open. Lots of space you won’t feel cramped in here. The service was quick and polite. There are many pizza choice options I crated my own mix. Convert your pie to a calzone easily.
My waiter was new. First day serving and he did an amazing job. I thanked him upon exiting.
The good was prepared fresh and quickly. It looked good and texture was good. I was not a fan of the red sauce but you might be. It was a bit on the spicy side and I prefer a milder sauce.
Overall a good experience.

In town for a week and we spent multiple days here. Mostly for the adult beverages but we did try the parlour pepperoni bombs and the wings, both were so good. Staff was friendly lots of local brews to choose from.

Cute pizza spot. Food was good, your normal pizza joint. Drinks were good. Service was a little slow because they were slammed and 1 guy was taking orders for everyone at the bar. He was nice, and did a good job, but a little under staffed for the dinner hour.

My wife is currently a patient at the U of L Jewish Hospital in Louisville. We live 1.5 hours away. She has improved enough that she really wanted a nice thin crust pepperoni pizza. We have never had Parlour pizza but it had great reviews and only a few blocks from the hospital so I decided to give it a try. I called and explained my situation. The staff was so friendly and accomodating!! I wish I lived closer because this would be my go-to pizza place!!! Great staff and AWESOME pizza! My wife really enjoyed it and it was her first non-hospital food!! Thank you very much for everything!

Visiting Louisville from out of state for business. Stopped by for lunch on Wednesday. On Wednesdays they have a special on wings, but I opted for salad and wings lunch combo. I believe I had peppercorn ranch salad with six wings with bourbon Sriracha sauce. Both salad and wings were great. Service was very good, didn’t have to wait for a seat, and food was served promptly. Great food at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend.

Extremely Disappointed – Will Not Be Ordering Again
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experiences with Parlor Pizza have been consistently disappointing, and this last order was the final straw.
Previously, I was shorted two pepperoni bombs. I called and was promised a credit, which I didnt receive. Another order before that arrived an hour and 40 minutes late past the estimated delivery time. Still, I decided to give them another chance.
Unfortunately, the order tonight was the worst food I have ever received from any restaurant.
The chicken wings were completely burnt, dry, and inedible. They looked as if they were cooked a day ago and just reheated on the grill. One wing even looked like someone had already picked at it or taken a bite —completely unacceptable.
Ranch sauce was missing from everything, even though it’s required when ordering online.
The pepperoni bombs also seemed old and stale.
I paid over $50 for food that ended up in the trash —nothing was edible.
I’m shocked that a business would send out food like this. It’s not just a waste of money, it’s disrespectful to customers.

Smoker Hot honey wings were perfect. The hot honey pizza was amazing. The suace was the perfect about zesty and sweet. The Deluxe pizza had a good balance of toppings with every bite. If you have not been here yet give it a try.
