Big back bbq shack is a backyard style bbq food truck smoking meats like brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken, turkey legs, sausage. We use only oak, hickory, cherry and pecan to cook our meats in a trailered custom 250 gallon reverse flow smoker built by jordan the owner. The best people to work the smoker are the people that build and understand it. Our ingredients are only salt pepper and garlic to season our delicious foods. We also do catering and our customers can choose to have their own meat smoked by us. We can smoke almost any item for you.
