In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. They always have fantastic food but tonight they got me on the excellent service. I was having an issue with the app and so I called in the order. First of all, they answered the phone which rarely happens in restaurants anymore. They were very helpful and took care of my order over the phone. Not once did they make me feel like I was bothering them by not using the app or texting my order. I forgot something so I called back a few minutes later and again they politely took care of my request. Kudos to the staff at Jets Pizza Olio Road in Fishers!

Guy was too busy talking to hand me my food. Food sat in heater after paying for at least 10 minutes while I stood there waiting. Really I love the food but the service makes me not want to come back. This is the second time in a row one of the male employees was too busy talking with the same girl (who seems to be working the whole time) to pay attention and do their job. Hire one adult to oversee these children and you’ll probably make more money.

Jet’s makes some very delicious pizza and has great, easy to access deals when ordering. We recently had a very disappointing experience due to a service issue and left feedback through their website. I was contacted within only a few minutes by two separate owners/managers who offered very sincere apologies and also ensured that the situation was “made right”. I was amazed by the level of professionalism and genuine care they showed, turning an unfortunate experience into a reason to remain a loyal customer.

The food was great as always. I wanted to spotlight the customer service. I made a mistake on my order that I placed through the app. The customer after me made a mistake through the app too. Both times, they could have done nothing and would have been correct. However, both times they owned the situation and took care of us immediately. We didn’t have to ask or demand to speak with a manager. They just offered a solution. In this day and age, that is rare and it was truly appreciated.
