If it was possible to leave more than five stars for service I would pick them because our server Mackenzie was absolutely spectacular. She’s the perfect type of waitress anyone could ask for. She brings a tremendous amount of positivity into getting your meal and drink and doing it right. I’ve ran into so many servers that have a off attitude and not suitable for customer service but she was a breath of fresh air Bob Evans is lucky to have her around.

I got a Western omelette to go while my family ordered in, the waitress was very good at her job. However there was a sticker that hadn’t been removed from the tomato inside the omelette , which leaves me to wonder if it had even been washed before cutting up. Otherwise I would have a much higher rating. Makes the whole place questionable as far as food prep habits and cleanliness goes.

The place was like a deep freeze. Everyone is wearing jackets. Hard to eat when you’re cold. My French toast was so soggy and looked nothing like the picture on the menu. Very disappointed. My husband’s sourdough toast barely had any butter and no jelly was offered or brought to the table. Last time we will be eating there .

This was the worst experience, they had floor AC units plugged in because AC was broken but tried to set us directly in front of one and received the eye roll when we asked to move, asked for coffee it was like warm and when I stirred the creamer full of coffee grounds, asked for another cup same thing, server wasn’t friendly at all never came back until check time, my food was sent out cold and tasted as bad as it looked, didn’t even get what I asked for but she would ignore us because as she said we caused her to be “double sat” because of the AC. So basically we received what she wanted us to have and not what was ordered. So 55.00 dollars later for 3 people for breakfast we were done.

When ever I am near a Bob Evans it’s a must stop. BEST sausage gravy ever! Food is always consistent from store to store and service is friendly! Tried something new and it was delicious! The Bacon egg & cheese biscuit with a sausage egg & cheese biscuit platter is so filling and delicious. The bacon on the biscuit was almost as thick as the sausage patty. Couldn’t finish all my food as the plate was filled!

My to go order didn’t have any syrup or butter in the bag, the order was sent to the wrong store so everything was cold and they didn’t offer to make fresh food or anything. The store is filthy on the outside. My breakfast ended up costing $26 after I added a tip, that’s the last time I waste my money on such terrible food. I miss being able to go get a good breakfast at Bob Evans

Went to Bob Evan’s this evening with my girlfriend and her mom and it was Extremely satisfying. The food was very tasty. Our waitress was on top of everything we needed such as refills and checking in on us. Recommended things as well. She was super kind. I had the Rise And Shine Burger, my girlfriend and her mom had the Turkey Lurkey dinner and everything was on point. We also shared the Cowboy fries which were so good. Highly recommend those!!! complaints here at all. Such a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

This Bob Evans was really great! The food was good and their cold brewed coffee was amazing! All of the staff was very friendly and we were seated quickly. I loved our server. She was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Really clean and friendly environment. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend!
