A great experience. The ordering process was easy and flawless. Very little wait time on food. The lady at the drive through was the sweetest soul. A smile that was contagious. I Placed an order for pick up Friday night was given a time to be there to pick it up, I showed up got to the drive-through line and had to wait for 45 minutes when I finally got to the window they handed me my order all of it was cold and then I asked for my milkshakes and they said oh we’re not doing milkshakes right now when I asked for a refund, she said I’ll do it later. You don’t have to wait at the window. You can just leave. It’ll go back on your card So irritated I left so the $11 that I paid for two milkshakes has still not been put back on my card. by the time I got home, the chicken fingers were cold, The fries were soggy and the toast was chewy. This is my third bad experience at this place in the last couple months I won’t be coming here anymore.

I just went through the drive thru tonight and this business was not busy at all, I ordered two of the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries and they had me pull up and wait 5+ minutes just to come out with this!! The fries are disgusting, there is absolutely no bacon or cheese and maybe 2 chicken tenders. As much as this business charges for their food they really need to do better!!

Store was extremely busy where arrived. Walked in and a lot of customers were waiting. Everyone was getting mad at waiting and being rude to the employees. I personally think the employees handled it professionally. They were respectful and kept on doing their job. Food was great. Service was great. Highly recommend.

My husband always buys chicken fingers here every week, sometimes twice a week. Our family really loves them. He always orders 6 chicken fingers, 1 piece of bread with extra fries, no drink, no coleslaw. But today, with the same order, when we got home and my son opened the box, there were only 3 chicken fingers, 2 pieces of bread, and just a small amount of fries. My husband still paid over $12 as usual.

Ally chadwick was very nice, and works the register very well. She definitely deserves a raise. And the wings she recommended were amazing. Lemon pepper sauce on wings, perfection.

I will say this I partly my fault for not checking before taking off… but if I ask for boneless bbq wings I expect the wings to be coated in bbq sauce. Not have regular wings with bbq sauce just thrown over a few.

There needs to be an option for zero stars for establishments like this. When I walked up to the counter, all of the workers were huddled together laughing, gossiping, and horsing around while I waited 10 minutes for one of them to take my order. I got a Zax Snack Box (3 chicken fingers and fries) which took over 20 minutes to get. Several customers had been waiting twice as long as me and demanded to speak with a manager for a refund, and he hid in the back so he didn’t have to confront us. I completely understand being understaffed, but there was food steadily coming out for drive through and mobile orders. This place needs new management ASAP.
