While parked in the Walmart parking lot, I noticed an employee cleaning the drive-thru windows, something many restaurants fail to do. It made decide to check them out for breakfast. Everything was spotless, the food was good and the employees were courteous and helpful with my order.

Had to wait 30 minutes for bo berry cookies ask for a water for my wait it’s 90 degrees outside and they charge me for it. Horrible customer service I ordered an 8 piece tailgate, not no two piece by the way it shouldn’t matter but just saying I didn’t spend two dollars and try to grab a free water ridiculous

I try not to leave bad reviews because 1 bad visit could be just a 1 time thing. But 3 visits with similar issues, makes it seem to be the normal here. Waiting over 30 minutes for an order, every visit they have to cook the chicken which I understand, but bringing out hot chicken with cold fries is ridiculous, being asked to pull up & wait in the handicap spot by the door (which I did not do!) & some of the employees acting as if customers are inconveniencing them is unacceptable. I hear people rave about this location as their morning go to. But that definitely hasn’t been my experience trying to pick up dinner in the evening.

I go to Bojangles a whole lot. I get a season fry every morning. When Brittany is there I never have an issue with my food. My fries are always fresh and her spirit is always welcoming with a smile. But when she not there the food is nasty. Like this was my breakfast this morning before work. Now I have no food because I couldn’t stomach to eat the fries. Unfortunately Brittany wasn’t here today. I have worked at a Bojangles. A this is not Bojangles standards at all.

While traveling, we stopped for dinner after seeing the $5 meal after 5 PM promotion. We planned to order several, but were told we’d need to wait while they fried the chicken — which was fine. Then we were told, “never mind,” because they hadn’t marinated any dark meat and couldn’t substitute anything for the meal. On top of that, they were out of mashed potatoes.
We ended up having to change our entire order to work around what was actually available, and then waited about 20 minutes for breakfast food instead. The staff was polite, but overall the experience was disappointing and poorly prepared for the dinner rush.

Oneway paving
I’m not ashamed to say that the food isn’t bojangles standards and the two that was working Friday was overwhelming to me and my kids. One was dirty and counted my money with the gloves he used to cook food with that’s unsanitary to me and the other man had make up on with a wig and had my kids confused what he had going on. Plus we had to wait 40 minutes to get our disgusting food. Honestly the owner should go to his store to be honest we never ate it and spent $120 dollars I’m not far a business loosing money but this was a total waste of my money. And the sad part is we love Bojangles. The people you hire represent you as an owner

Finding a quick place to eat was a little tricky around the area. Soon as we came in, the gentleman who greeted us was very kind and made our meal fresh. Tasted great, too.
