This is our nearest McDonald’s so we come here quite often and I don’t know why we keep punishing ourselves. Tonight was yet another in long list of disappointing meals. As you can see in the picture the large fries were basically half full and undercooked, the lettuce was almost nonexistent on the burgers we ordered and the meat on the burger tasted old and reheated. They are always forgetting to put things from our order in the bag. One time I ordered a happy meal and they actually forgot to put the meat on the burger. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. It might be time to stop going.

Not only do they always give me biscuits if I order McGriddles, every time I go here it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. This morning I went to get an egg and cheese McGriddle, and a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and when I got home both had meat on them. I couldn’t eat it because I don’t eat meat! McDonald’s really needs higher standards for employees because why are so many people unable to read and comprehend what they’re making?

I have been comin to this McDonalds for probably about 15 years and as far back as i can remember, they only put your sauces in the bag at the drive through maybe 25% of the time and that is being generous. I mean genuinely how hard is it to read a screen and fill a bag with what it says on the screen? Craziest part is they are never busy when im going through the drive thru. Maybe one or two other cars at a time max. Its sad. You need the sauce for your meal bruh.

Being handed a food bag out the window by an employee who not only did not even look in my direction but had her head turned to another employee having a conversation in Spanish is not what I would consider a acceptable interaction with a paying customer. No hello No thank you No anything other than a hand holding a bag. I do not expect a 5 star or white glove service at McDonalds but I do not expect to have ZERO acknowledgment. 8:20 am Saturday morning Feb 14 2026 in case anyone in management cares to take any corrective action.
So the owner response is to go to another link to provide details for the customer care team. How about you just read the review that I had provided?? It states the issue clearly to include the date, time and location. Just read it and correct the issue if you care to.

Ordered food for my dad and I on the mobile app. Fries were limp and soft. I also ordered an extra McCrispy Patty but they never put it in my burger. If it’s fries, I understand but honestly I was happy just expecting to have a my double patty. I got home and was very disappointed. The lettuce and mayo isn’t even under the burger bun.
*Update* Two bites into this McCrispy. Tastes awful. The mayo doesn’t even taste like Mayo and the chicken patty isn’t even edible. Unbelievable. I’ve worked at McDonalds before and it is not that hard . I’m going to Wendy’s…

I had a bad experience at another McDonald’s recently, so this visit mattered. Tonight’s McDonald’s experience should’ve been cancelled and not picked up. Some bothersome black dude before I even got into the building, no one greeted or talked to me, I’m left waiting while ignored, everyone’s avoiding eye contact like they’re turning the other cheek while I’m having a negative/draining experience. After waiting, I leaned over the counter a bit and asked someone if I should leave, and rather than their answering another employee stepped in. If I thought that was what was going to be at the store I would have cancelled and not picked up; the app I was using even stopped working right afterwards. No thanks. I’ve had some good experiences with the brand but this was not one of them. Another day, perhaps.

This is my favorite (when I eat fast food) bc it’s clean, our food has always been good, fresh and hot. The staff always have a smile. They are 2 ladies that make that store run well and have us come there. One has short hair, sandy dirty blonde hair, on the shorter side, and Caucasian and the other lady is on the taller side, longer hair but up most times and she’s African American. They BOTH are AMAZING WORKERS. We come there bc of those 2 ladies. We don’t know their names but they always say good morning, have a smile. Those 2 make that place. Great staff.

So I arrive and see McRib advertise on the menu so I order it and they said it’s not available so I ordered a medium coffee and a large Coke I went to I paid for it went to get it. The lid was not on the coffee and the coffee spilled all over so then I went. I’m outside to empty the cup and everything in the trashcan there’s no trash cans outside will not be back. I’ve never seen a McDonald’s with no trash cans outside?

There is a lady that works the window for cash. She is the nasty and rude. Intentionally say what over and over and laughs at you. I had to ask to talk to manager just to get my order. Wow cant find a normal employee. She should seriously stop eating there before she cant fit through the door anymore. Totally a horrible experance……………….
