We’ve stopped by here a couple times in the last month during the morning and were surprised at how good the food was, Krystal’s usually gets a bad rep, especially the LC one, as most times it’s usually low quality. Because it’s been so good, we decided to do this for dinner, the food wasn’t bad but its the usual (expected), less than standard Krystal’s experience, however our large fries are definitely not even close to standard expectation. The fry boxes aren’t even full, I was expecting half the fries to be laying in the bag due to the lack of fries in the box, but was surprised to find 2 rogue fries in the bag, as pictured. Please fill the fries up, especially when we pay extra for large size, we may as well have kept it the regular size and not paid extra for what we didn’t get.

Just to preface this; I never have high standards for fast food, but the line has to be drawn somewhere. I have never had a worse experience at any Krystal. To kick things off, my sliders were cold all the way through. They had no onion, and even worse… no pickle. On top of that, all five were cold. The cheese wasn’t melted, and the buns were cold. If that wasn’t enough of a disappointment, two bites into my chili cheese fries, I pulled about 6 inches of blonde hair out of my mouth. As I went to rinse my mouth out with the lemonade that I thought for sure would help the situation, nope. It had almost no flavor at all… I don’t typically complain about fast food, but for the price of a sit-down restaurant meal, I am flat-out appalled.

I haven’t been to this site in a while. The food was horrible. Quality was bad, portion size was ridiculously small for the prices. I’m seeing a trend in fast food recently where the quality and quantity of the food for the price is horrible. I would rather the price increase to get a quality product. I don’t recommend this Krystal anymore. What a shame.

Upon entering and going to the counter, we were greeted with “Yes”, no how can I help you or even a hello. Her shirt even said “team trainer”. Then they automatically attempted to charge me for large, that I didn’t want. The manager is the back was rushing around while every other worker was taking their time. I didn’t even think it was worth it to order more.
I asked for mayo during ordering to be added and it was not. I also had just DROP of mustard.

Once again Krystals comes thru with the good stuff. In spite of whatever negative comments, I can only speak of the great experiences we have had. Both inside as well as in drive thru and even a monster order pickup for my wifes birthday. The staff has always been so kind, never made a mistake on my orders, and its clean inside. Having done the big order I have delt with one of the managers, and the other manager confirmed he would have it hot and ready at 5pm on a Friday. Now it was well made, not a mess, all hot, and as you can see it put out nicely for our party. All I have is thanks and I will be back to fill in as many of the real or not real negative slots. Based on what I have seen at Lenoir City its been nothing but good. Keep up the good work. See you again soon.

Wednesday sept 10 2025 stopped by about 12.30 got corn dog, fries,coke
Corndog was barely warm plus overcooked fries tasted like the oil had not been changed in two weeks.
This is why I stopped going to Krystal in the first place the food is pathetic plus it is not even served at the proper temperature at the drive thru.
Managers don’t care if you make a complaint.
Krystal you are in need of proper training on food control as to proper temperature plus if the food has been under the light of a food warmer for more than 10 mins it needs to go away.
When you become a better restaurant I might be back.
Till then not happing.

The guy was LITERALLY putting sandwiches together with no gloves, it was obvious that none of those employees working day shift on Aug.5th care even a little bit. All I ask is enforce being clean when handling people food. Simple.
