I had a wonderful experience at Saffron Indian Restaurant. I ordered the Chicken Lollipop and Chilli Chicken, and both were bursting with flavor — perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. I also tried the Batti da Paneer, which was rich, creamy, and incredibly satisfying. Every dish was full of authentic taste and beautifully presented.

The quality of the food and the attention to flavor really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu. Highly recommend Saffron to anyone looking for excellent Indian cuisine!

The ambiance here is wonderful, and the food is even better. I especially loved the chicken tikka masala and the fluffy naan—both were cooked to perfection. The portions are generous, and the flavors are spot on. Highly recommended!

Everyone really liked their food. Good pieces of chicken and curry sauces were not too spicy. Naan basket was great sampler. Chicken xacuti was a favorite.

The food and service here are amazing! I tried both veg and non-veg appetizers and entrees, and everything was delicious.

One dish I definitely recommend is the Sheekh Kabab—it was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. A must-try for sure!

Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Sharing some pics so you can see for yourself!

Absolutely incredible experience! This was hands down the best Indian food I’ve ever had — bursting with flavor, perfectly spicy, and cooked to perfection. Every dish was rich, aromatic, and absolutely delicious — it’s honestly hard to describe how good it was in words. The service was just as impressive. Our server was warm, caring, and incredibly attentive, making us feel truly welcome from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed the food here! But a strange thing did happen that I will mention on this review. I immediately ordered a mango Lassi. My favorite drink and one of the reasons I chose this place. The server (I didn’t catch his name) first told me they didn’t have any. They were out. Then he says maybe he has enough to get me one glass. I was thankful and appreciated him bringing me the drink. Later another customer came in and he got a full glass mango Lassi too. So then I was completely confused. Were they out or was he lying to me? Either way it kinda seemed odd. I enjoyed the Palak Paneer and chicken Tikka masala and Naan that I ordered. However, my husband, who is a chef, didn’t really enjoy it as much. He said the Tikka was too tomatoey and the paneer was grainy like they didn’t clean the spinach.

Overall, the establishment was super nice inside and the food was good. Was it as good as the Indian places in Houston that we love? No way. But for NWA, it was decent.

I’m just not sure about the server and how he acted when I ordered my drink. I’m still confused about that scenario. If they really didn’t have much, then how did the other guy get a full glass lickety split? Very strange behavior, especially if you want people to come back.

Saffron Indian Bar & Grill has always been a go to place to enjoy Indian cuisine, and the recent updates have truly elevated the experience. The seating arrangements are now more refined and comfortable, setting a near fine-dining tone that enhances the overall ambiance. The food recipes have been subtly tweaked to bring out richer, more authentic flavors, and the improved management has made every visit smoother. A special shout-out goes to Steven—his exceptional communication and service always make a positive impact. I highly recommend stopping by for a delightful meal and a quality time with family and friends.

Great food. The chicken Xacuti was especially delicious. Friendly staff made the experience fun BUT the decor feels dated, drab and a little rundown and even on a wonderful cool summer afternoon we weren’t allowed to sit on the patio.

It was so good I ate so fast I got the hiccups the naan was bigger than my face like Jesus 10/10 the butter chicken I want to be burried with it so Charon can try it’s deliciousness it was a pint container and now you may not think it’s a lot but trust me with the rice and the naan you won’t be able to finish it all. the gulab jamun I tried it and I think I don’t like gulab Jamun but it wasn’t bad at all for those who like it would probably love it. And the mango lassi amazing I have a wicked sweet tooth so I added sugar into mine but it was really good normal too!! The price was a little high on a delivery app if you were ordering normal but during happy hour? 100000/10 ☺️
