The worst customer service experience you’ll ever have. Tried ordering multiple times, different occasions (shame on me!) and it’s always something. A few things are consistent, however. They screw the customer (wrong/no food), they screw the delivery driver (wrong/no food = no tip/wasted time), and they (ought to) screw themselves. If you want to sell food, do it. If you don’t, then take your name off the roster. Terrible. Should have learned my lesson the first time. Never again.

The reason I put one star for atmosphere is because it’s a ghost kitchen ran out of Perkins. Great burger! One of the best I’ve had in a long time. My only complaint is they need to salt their fries. And honestly I can put some salt on my own fries at home.
