This store needs to work on their communication. Twice this week I’ve gone to order a hot coffee and waited in line just to be told at the window they can’t make hot beverages. Stop asking if I want an iced coffee if I ordered a hot drink. Communicate with your team better or clean/fix your machine. Do better.

Used the mobile app to order, went in to use the bathroom and when I came out my order was coming right up.
The bathroom was very nice, all tile, and just re-done; It was very clean.
Easy access and quick in and out.
I can reasonably recommend this location, though the parking/drive through situation is a bit tight.

Ordered the McRib sandwich.
It was half in and half out the box it’s served in. No pickles, two slivers of onion.
5$ sandwich mind you. Made by people getting paid 2o$ an hour.
The frys were all in bottom of the bag and the sandwiches on top of them and the French fry sleave on top of all of that.
Its like this over half the time I dine here.

Got a caramel frappe’ with extra caramel they hardly even give me any caramel and when i go to pick it up its just sittin on the counter melting, the workers were too busy conversating to help me out. Mcdonalds berrien springs they suck!!! Customer service is terrible here
