Waiting in drive thru for food, get one bag, no fries, so I keep waiting. Guy just stands around for about 2 min with the window open, figured he is waiting for fries. Finally looks at me “what you waiting for”, my fries. Goes searching and gives me the fries from the pic, cold soggy and half full container. I know a grown man can not be happy working the window at McDonald’s and it shows. Terrible attitude and terrible food.

Can’t give five stars, Due to the weekend staff. I come here for breakfast more often than I’d like to admit. And throughout the week it’s fast, correct, and Hot. No complaints. But when the weekend crew comes in, I don’t know what happens in this restaurant. They managed to mess up my order, almost every single time… whether it’s my coffee or my sandwich..and it’s not a complicated order…. ♀️
I come here for breakfast cause I get good deals in the app and it’s convenient. Very close to my house and on the way to work, But I’ll probably stop coming on the weekends.

Time and time again this McDonald’s disappoints!! Last time we went it was around 4pm the buns were so hard my son banged his on the table and they didn’t break or crumble lol. Tonight is the last straw not only did we wait 10 minutes in the drive thru being the only customers there but the buns were just as hard and my husband’s chicken was raw in the middle and their timers tell them when to pull chicken which means they pulled it early even though we sat there for 10 minutes and on top of that the fries were old and re dipped never again. I would give no stars but that’s not an option

Karen here being rude at intercom and didn’t give me chance to speak before cutting me off decides to tell me I’ll have go back around in line now that it’s line forming holding up drive thru for over 10mins and refusing to give me my mobile order and threatening to call cops on me she finally decided holding up line trying wait for cops while no crime was being committed

Overnight lady was rude Lady had barely any teeth in her mouth but she was rude to the doordashers. They were busy laughing and playing around rather than addressing the five cars in line and they didn’t start doing their job until I called and complained. They’ve wasted more than enough time to cook two bags of chicken nuggets

Worst experience ever, messed the order up the first time, then we’re rude as hell when we went through the second time, nastiest store I have seen in a wile! There were hairs in my fries and both the first fries and the bottom half of the second fries are old and soggy. I would not recommend going to this McDonald’s. Understaffing is not a reason to be rude and nasty and slam windows in peoples faces! I was a manager in fast food at sonic there is no reason. Wish I could give it less than 1 star but there’s gotta be at-least one to even post.

I have been going to this McDonald’s once a week for the past two years. I order a big Mac and fries every time. My big Mac is always fresh and very tasty and the french fries are fresh and crispy with just a hint of salt..
The atmosphere and service is kind are irrelevant because the food is so good.

It would have been better but the lost electricity. Appeared that all of claycomo was without. We had to leave atleast we were done with our food.

Food is always wrong and when the restaurant canceled my order, the manager on duty refused to speak with me about my order getting cancelled like I’m not worth talking to. 0/10 I’m straight up avoiding anything with the essig name attached to it after this. You guys have no clue how to manage or run a restaurant and it shows with how cowardly, unprepared, and unprofessional your management is alone. This same location has missed items no less than 8 times the last calendar year as well.

I was here this morning around 10:20 to get breakfast. I opened my sausage egg and cheese biscuit to find out that they forgot to put the egg on. The worker put the sandwich that had been on my table and in my hands right back on the line and added egg to it. Disgusting! Who knows what else they just take back and put back on the line where food was made. This location needs a health dept visit for sure.
