My first ever Chili’s visit and I got the triple dipper. It was good but not great. The chicken strips i swear tasted like oven half baked Tyson chicken stripe. Mozz sticks were good but lacked seasoning. The sliders were great though and the queso was so good!

Update: We went in for lunch today. Our server was Jesse. All I can say is my expectations were greatly exceeded! I always get the cheese quesadillas. Jesse offered me the kids meal. So impressed. Wow!!!
I’m not usually a fan of Chili’s. Service is typically not on point. This location exceeded my expectations. Food was good as was the service. Chips and salsa are always a hit. The avocado ranch is a bonus. Reasonably priced and nice sized portions.

We have eaten here numerous times and had pretty good luck with the food and service but today we ordered steak and it was ugly. My wife ordered the ribeye steak medium well and it came medium rare. There was more gristle than eatable meat. I orders the 10 oz sirloin medium and it was served rare. They took it back to cook a little longer but to no avail. It was still rare and so tough and chewy I could not eat it. The ribs, chicken and sausage they serve is good, but stay away from their steak.

We had a great experience at Chili’s in Lee’s Summit! Jillian, our server, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. She checked in with us multiple times, even as the dinner rush picked up.
We arrived around 5pm on a Saturday and were seated right away. By 6pm, the restaurant had definitely gotten busier, but Jillian still managed everything with a great attitude. The food was fresh, delicious, and the drinks never ran dry!
We also tried the new “3 for Me” special and loved it — such a great value starting at just $10.99 for a drink, appetizer, and entrée. Highly recommend checking it out!

Been a while since i’ve been to Chili’s so decided to stop in after a doctor’s appointment. Combo appetizer with egg rolls, Big mouth bites and fried mozzarella was really good. Egg rolls had a lot of flavor as well as the big mouth bites. Fried mozzarella seasoned well and crispy, the mozzarella was very very good. Burger was cooked exactly the way I asked for.
Very juicy and mun was toasted nicely. Chicken strips were very juicy, tender, and just enough breading to give it a crunchy texture. Fries were OK not the worst I’ve ever had. They do need a little bit of work when it comes to the crispness and flavor. Service was definitely top notch. Make sure everything was taken care of. Came by very often to make sure we didn’t need anything, if we did was very prompt on getting it for us. Overall, great experience and will definitely be back.

Rachel the bartender is consistently on point. Her friendliness & hustle always make for a great experience. We see how much dedication she brings to her craft. We frequent this location at least 2 times a week. We love that all the staff are friendly, fun & professional.

Haven’t been here in over 10 years, somehow became more about burgers and fried chicken… Fast food feel than a restaurant. I understand why now there’s a drive-thru. Lol. But the food was still good. Only giving it a 3 star because of how unsanitary the table and paying kiosk was. It was gross. Place needs a good wipe down.

The food was great, especially the small cheeseburgers from the triple dipper appetizer, and the service was okay. The amount of times that we were approached with questions made it a little hard to eat, because we had to continuously respond to the waitress, even though she recently asked the same question. Other than a couple small inconveniences like this, it was a fantastic place to eat, I would certainly eat here again. I’d say it’s an 8.5/10 easily.

We loved our experience here tonight. We go to Chilis often and usually enjoy our time there. Our server tonight was Rachel. Her service was excellent! She kept our drinks full and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything. All of the other employees we interacted with were kind and helpful. It was pretty busy tonight and they still were able to get us within about 5 minutes. The food was wonderful, as always. Overall, really great experience, especially for a busy Friday night!

Me and my daughter went on Cinco de Mayo around noon time. I ordered the fajitas with beans and rice. The rice was very bland beans were ok but the vegetables in the fajita look like they were boiled not sautéed. I also got The trio dip. I do not recommend the seasoned cheese dip. It was horrible.My daughter ordered the trio appetizer (slider, sw egg rolls and hot wings). They had a 5$ drink special w/ 3 different tequila it’s very tasty. The food was a bit bland, but waitress was great and location was very clean.
