I truly hope the owner of this location sees this review. I walked in a 10:15 (they close at 11), I was the 3rd or 4th person in line and when I was going to order my bowl to go, with double chicken, I was informed it would be 15 minutes which was totally understandable being that it was later on in their shift. From 10:15 to 10:55 I saw about 8-10 more people enter the restaurant all of them ordered to eat there. To say they got slammed right before closing is an understatement; every customer was treated fairly and communication between the team and patrons was INCREDIBLE considering the situation. Your team handled that better than 98% of people out there would have and I do hope they get the message that their hospitality was absolutely noticed.

Everything about this Chipotle is great, JUST DON’T ORDER THE SAUCES! My adobo ranch was not fresh, it solid like refrigerated jello,runny and watery it kind of looked expired. When I went to them and notified them about it, the manager wanted to replace it but after what I just experienced , I never to eat adobo ranch again. Told her I wanted the queso instead for the inconvenience of getting expired adobo ranch than was told I had to pay separately. The service here is pretty great except for this one time, food here is pretty good just don’t get the sauce, you’ve been warned.

Listeria central. Believe the 1 star reviews. There’s permanent AC runoff on the entry wall to greet you, along with a sign advertising tortillas are broken ‘today’… at a burrito place. An employee standing on his phone joking with others in the dirtiest kitchen you’ve ever seen in an open kitchen design. Smoking grill in the background is covered in all of the days gunk with nothing active cooking. Two meats ran out completely as we went through the short line, but the employee still attempted to serve a quarter serving of cold, scraped raw pink carnitas off the bottom of the warmer for me. When I said at checkout I wasn’t returning to this location, the thirty something gentleman turned my bowl on its side, in a moment of abject maturity. Came here on a gift card and still regret it. Cabo Bob’s ftw. This was 6p btw, not 10p.

We dined in and there was a live roach on a bench near us. The dining area was very dirty and messy. Workers behind the counter were on their phones when tables really needed to be wiped down and trash picked up from the floor. Chipotle charges too much for such awful conditions. And they were out of barbacoa!

Newer location near Witte, DoSeum, SABOT and other Broadway St and nearby attractions. I beat the crowd which seemed to arrive after a break in classes by UIW as everyone in line was much younger. Great Salad with cauliflower rice, black beans and charro beans (no meat), corn and pico de gallo. Clean, fresh and tasty as an alternative to other fast food on this strip of road.

Very pathetic quesadillas with cheese, minimum cheese, I ordered 3 side quesadillas and they charged me as a whole meal when in every other Chipotle I was charged for that as a side dish, 1 small quesadilla for $1.60. Big disappointment, I even went to the cashier to clarify this price changing, and was told whoever at the cashier makes up a price. So that means you never know the final price.
