We came in for a late breakfast on Sunday and were very impressed. My wife and I ordered the Cold Brew Coffee, Hot tea, Breakfast Burrito, Breakfast Sampler, and Strawberry Cheesecake Waffle. Everything was hot and oh so delicious . Our server, Skye, was great and made sure we were well taken care of.

We had a party of 6 on Valentine’s Day. Needless to say, yes we waited about 40 minutes for a table. There was one employee complaining about another getting ready to clock off. However our server was amazing, she was very nice.
We had a range of food from breakfast to burgers. The hash browns were mediocre, I recommend just skipping them entirely. The eggs Benedict looks like something you can make at home. The hot wings and ranch were also nothing special.
I had the O-M-Cheeseburger as pictured. It was actually pretty good. Not sure what sauce was on it though, might skip that next time. The fries were fine, but I liked the new pickled fries much better!

I’m usually not one to write a bad review. Just hoping someone sees and makes a change within the restaurant. (: we sat down and it took about 10 ish minutes before a server checked in. I am a server and bar tender so I understand things happen but after we were told be right with you it was another 10 minutes before our server was able to come back over. Multiple other servers and bussers walked past our table and no one checked in or even brought us waters so we sat for maybe 20 minutes with nothing. When we finally talked to our server we asked for 2 waters and a kids water to which he responded “two waters anything else?” again we asked for two waters and a kids water and again he said “2 waters?” We said just 3 total and we got 3 adult waters . We ordered and got our food in a timely matter. I ordered a steak and received no steak knife, we flagged someone down and asked for one and I received a steak knife that was dirty and had dried food on it. At this point I really wasn’t trying to be a pain so I just dipped my napkin in water and cleaned it off and then as we started eating we noticed there was hair in both mine and my husbands food. My husband had a quesadilla and the hair was inside so hard to miss, however my steak had the hair right across the top I’m not sure how it went past kitchen and expo unnoticed. They were kind enough to take the food off our tab just disappointing.
Hopefully management and staff make a group effort in attention to detail and tending to guests in a timely matter.

As my family walked into this Applebee’s in Redmond, we we’re promptly seated and order taken decently quickly, but after that our server became less attentive to drink refills and other needs, and instead someone that was not in a uniform was delivering our food. The steak I ordered was so thin and chewy lacking flavor, but appeared sizzling as it was brought to the table. Beware they charge 2% for all card transactions, as I don’t see that everywhere I travel to for work.

Customer service was absolutely amazing! BUT they were out of wings and mozzarella sticks.. we waited 20+ minutes (it was not busy) food was extremely dry, veggies were dry. The food was pretty horrible but the customer service was great. Would not recommend going for the food….

We were a group of 6 for my birthday. Our waitress was so wonderful, friendly and attentive. Excellent attitude. The food was great. They even brought me a birthday dessert, strawberry Ice-cream waffle, and the other employee’s joined in singing happy birthday to me. Great experience.

My son and I were very hungry but short on time. We knew we were pushing it with 45 minutes to be at a show when we walked in the door. The staff made it happen and didn’t treat us like a burden for being short on time. We got to are show and were seated with 4 minutes to spare. Above and beyond! They were polite and the food was cooked perfectly.

I’m not the one to leave bad reviews, we enjoy this Applebees since the ihop addition. We got the omg cheeseburgers. Server wouldn’t let us sub out toppings, fine whatever it’s a new dish. What really upset me was the day after. Our bill was $55 I left $11 cash on the table which was 20% tip. Then paid with a card. They decided to still steal from me and charge another 2 dollars on my card a day later when I tipped cash. I purposely tip cash so servers can do whatever they want with it in their favor. Never had a place add to bill like this. Very shady and unethical.

Okay so, I was delighted that my eldest son invited me to this establishment. Very nice people, very delectable food, and the music was definitely, as my son put it, “popping.” Whatever that means LOL. I had the honor of eating the world famous combo. I had a cinnamon pancake with eggs, sausage, and hash brown. Now, if you are reading this; do not get the hot chocolate. It tastes like hot tub water and we couldn’t finish it. Not yummy. Quite disappointing. Had to ask for water.
