Great place for a conversation and always excellent food! I tried a smothered chicken burrito for the first time this visit and really enjoyed it. The queso on top was SO good! The staff is so kind every time, the ambiance is relaxing, and the place is quirky and fun, making this a repeat favorite of mine!

Poor Value and Quality
15 bucks for two tacos with meat that I would rate at dog food quality, utterly lacking in flavor, gritty, dry and just not Mexican food. This is quite possibly the worst knock off I have ever had, you’re better off at Taco Bell. Tiny portions of awful food is a terrible value for the money. To boot despite picking it up on time, it was cold to make the experience that much more miserable. Never again. They need to make a decision, either serve people a good product at a fair price or close the doors, because what I had today wasn’t just disgusting. It’s unethical.

JAson was the server for the group, one of the best servers I have come across. Jason was super attentive to the entire groups needs and kept my Mellow Yellow filled the entire time we were there. There are tons of games and activities to partake in. Great place to show up to with a group.

We are from Kansas City and stopped in here! First off the inside is super cool, and the menus are like old records. Our server Elliot was absolutely wonderful and so informative about the menu and about the restaurant itself! The food was outstanding, and we ended up buying extra just so we could have more for leftovers. I highly recommend the BBQ and buffalo tacos. The margaritas are great as well! , The social club inside is an adults dream for a night out. They have bowling, beer pong, Mario cart, shuffleboard, pool, and so much more! Please open a location in Kansas City!!!

The server was prompt and brought my water out quickly. She was helpful with the menu and answered all of my questions.
I ordered 2 cilantro lime chicken tacos with rice. The rice was okay… just okay. As for the tacos, the same thing…average at best. The chicken tasted like it was precooked and had been sitting a while.
I really wanted to like this place as it is a great location, and the vibe is cool. If it weren’t for the server and the vibe, this would have been a 2 rating.
If I drank alcohol, I would probably check it out again, I don’t, though.
If you enjoy a drink and a cool vibe, you will probably enjoy this place. If you are a food connoisseur, you may be disappointed.

I got 4 of the speciality tacos. A buffalo chicken, cilantro lime chicken, a pork belly and a fish taco. All very good. Let the juices drip out in the basket to avoid it on your clothes.
The menu was unique and memorable (on a shape reminiscent of vinyl records.) the walls are colorful and have murals of musical artists.

We were looking for a place to grab a quick bit for lunch. I am so glad I found Vinyl Taco on our road trip. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was amazing. I love theme bars, and this is such a cool spot. I love everything from the Mexican flare to the rock music played from vinyl records and unique touches throughout the entire restaurant. I am sad that this place is not closer to me. The cilantro lime chicken taco was my favorite. My fiancée doesn’t usually order chicken for his burrito. He did this time, OMG! That smoked chicken was amazing. And I LOVE that when you order a margarita, you get the actual ounces in alcohol drink without the ice. Fantastic experience.

Love this place…glad our original plan fell through so we stopped here! What a fun restaurant with great food and music! The two tacos I had were delicious…chicken tinga and carne asada. Both were flavorful, topped with fresh ingredients…the chicken has a kicked with it too. I tried the fried ice cream, and I agree that it was ok but had too much crunchy cereal for my liking. The queso was great along with their chips. Hands down quick service too…overall excellence and will definitely come back when we come back to the area.
