I placed an order on the Taco Bell app. I am not from the area and assumed the location to pick it up was correct. I was wrong. So I drove 25 minutes to the next location. I was wrong, again. It was at least another 20 minutes away. At this point I am acknowledging that my pepsi will be water downed by the melted ice, my crunch wrap will have no crunch and any lettuce will be wilted. When I finely reach the right taco bell, I am surprised that I saved almost 4 dollars using the app. When I reach the window, I am greeted by the sweetest, most friendly young lady getting my order. She pours me a FRESH pepsi, and I tell you now, the freshest crunch wrap I have ever ordered! In fact, my crunch wraps have NEVER crunched in all the years I’ve been ordering them! The food was hot and delicious! I will make this my permanent location for ordering, even if it is 4 miles farther than the other location! This Taco Bell just raised the standards and made a very unhappy woman, very happy indeed!! Thank you!!

What in the actual $@^* is this?! You call this food?! Pathetic. Not to mention I was forced to wait in the drive-thru for 25 min because the dining room was closed before 10:30pm and on top of that I had placed a mobile order for faster service. The soft taco was just as bad. The potatoes were burnt with very little cheese sauce on them. I asked for tomatoes on the side never received them. This is not the first time this location has sucked. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Will be contacting management. Way to expensive for such $#*//% quality! Back when tacos were like a buck, they were filled. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!

This location seems to struggle consistently. Not sure if this is due to upper management at charter foods or the store itself. Location can never seem to do anything right even with clear instructions on orders. Have been here 3 times recently and on each visit they have managed to screw up orders when advised of an allergy. And of course I’m spending 30 plus dollars then come home to find out the orders are all messed up. This hasn’t happened once but now it’s becoming a common theme. You guys need to train your staff on reading basic direction. It’s not that difficult. You may get busy but these people chose the path of having a job in this field.

Regional Management forces people to wait outside for their orders to be ready. I had to wait outside in below freezing weather to wait for an order to be ready. The drive-thru was completely empty and they told me to wait outside at the front window; out of my car just be clear. It was also at 5:00 in the morning. This is regional Management not the store management

It has been a long journey for me and my fellows, trying to find the best Taco Bell in the world.
It was an amazing experience from the beginning, staff was professional and welcoming.
The food, oh my god THE FOOD!
It was amazing. Fresh ingredients and delicious sauces. I am trying to be humble here, in my life I had the chance to go at a Michelin star restaurant and I had some expensive meals (lobster roll) BUT never a restaurant will come close to this taco bell !!

Received my order today as a closed bag from GrubHub. We had ordered 2 Cravings Boxes and a Taco and Burrito Cravings pack. Once we opened it we realized that we were missing both Chalupas, a taco, and the nachos from one of the Cravings Boxes
We had subbed all of the beef in the food for the potato option. The burritos were nicely put together, but the tacos had either a little potato or none.
