Apparently, they do not pay much attention to customers in the dining room these days. I was the only customer in the dining room. I ordered my meal using their kiosk, took my number and waited over ten minutes for the table food delivery that did not come. When I managed to get the attention of someone in the kitchen, the order was found somewhere back there in a bag. I have no doubt that it would have continued to sit there had I not pressed the issue. The now lukewarm order was handed over the counter to me with a “here” and when I complained about this service and attitude to the manager (who was not in the kitchen), all I got was a “sorry.” This is our local McDonalds, I have supported this business since it opened but I am not sure when I will be going back.

Went through the drive thru around 8 pm and ordered some mc doubles and a kids happy meal. Needless to say none of us are happy. We all have stomach cramps, we are puking and have diarrhea. My 2 year old threw up all over himself in our car. Check your food quality steps or for possible recalls on items you sold us.

Rude service from everyone accept one lady. And my fries were super stale and not even warm. The burger I got wasn’t even made properly and they used an incomplete patty. It’s ridiculous how management does have any quality control over service or food.

3.3 stars because this is the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been into and look there was no one there in the parking lot, they had time to clean up if they want too , the good side is I got my food in less than 2 minutes that’s great but a dirty McDonald’s yuck !

This is easily the worst McDonald’s in this area. TABLE SERVICE MEANS YOU BRING THE ORDER TO THE TABLE, NOT YELL OUT FIRST NAMES FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER. What if the customer is deaf? What if they’re in the middle of a call and are trying to optimize their time? What if they’re watching their young children and can’t go stand at the counter for several minutes while the staff just ignores them like the staff at this location does? The table service feature of the app doesn’t exist just because. Management here needs to train their staff properly and stop degrading the brand with laziness. I’m taking my business elsewhere from now on.
