I was treated absolutely aweful from the time I walked in. I wasn’t greeted just rudely asked “you got a DoorDash” I guess because I walked in alone they assumed I was a dasher. Next after saying no I wasn’t a dasher I sat at the counter for 10+ minutes waiting to be served. I kept getting looked at by the cashier as he bagged every order for both drive through and the counter to “help out drive through” while he had a whole customer standing there he was just looking at. There was no longer any cars in the drive through or no customers in the lobby and he had still yet to take my order. Another customer came in and was standing behind me and he pulled her to another register to check her out and she said I was there first politely. Well after that he said “interview” I said no I’m just trying to order. I’ve been trying to order. After I finally get my order in I’m still pushed to the side. A big order from the customer after me was provided before my 3pc snack. I felt very disrespected and will not return to this jacks.

This is a really good Jack’s restaurant where the food is always great. Stella helps me a lot when I go there and she’s friendly and makes me feel like a valued customer and person. She is the real reason I like this Jack’s so much. It’s always nice to be helped by someone like Stella with a sweet smile and pleasant demeanor. I’ll always come back here!

Bob and his crew were amazing. Everybody was smiling and it was late at night most of the time you go in fast food, restaurants, everybody looking All mean, but they were amazing. I will visit when Bob and his crew there again.

No one is professional in this place. Attitudes are horrible and the food was cold. Got home to relax just to take the food back to the restaurant. Manager had dirty nails and the employees were in the front are so nonchalant. No one cared my food was old. The manager of the store was in the back and never came out to see is things going smoothly. Definitely won’t be back.

I am revising my previous review to state the following:
This is among the worst fast food restaurants I have ever visited! What once was a nice newly renovated restaurant is now one of the worst. I went to the drive through today for a vanilla shake. The drive through was shut down, although someone inside was able to tell me through the speaker that it didn’t work. I was instructed to come inside to place my order. I should have driven away but against my better judgement I did drive around, park the car and went inside. I asked “what’s up with the drive through?” to which I received a curt reply “it’s down you have to come inside to place your order!” Ignoring the rude greeting I placed an order for a vanilla milkshake. “We’re out of vanilla!” says the attendant. This is literally the 3rd time I have stopped by this restaurant for a vanilla shake and they have been out. Really? I’m very disappointed and will likely never visit this Jack’s again!

This restaurant has been completely renovated since my last visit. They actually demolished the old building and constructed a new one. The interior is very nice for a fast food restaurant including a lovely fireplace, a nice surprise. The menu is varied and excellent. I had the fried chicken sandwich which I thought was top quality. I will certainly go back.

Went into Jacks on 12/13/2025 around 5;30pm. I went through the drive thru and ordered a simple meal. I asked for no ketchup on my burger, of course it was full of ketchup. Since the drive thru isn’t convenient anymore I had to go back inside, I asked again for no ketchup on the burger still got ketchup. Baby what part of no don’t you understand?

Love this Jacks location! Staff is friendly and courteous and definitely exhibits the behaviors proclaimed on the back of their shirts. Kudos to management because staff seems to work together to provide great service! Thank you especially to the breakfast team!

Middle of the week and waited over an hour for an online order. Parking lot was full as well as dining room. All patrons were waiting some longer than myself. Lots of workers and nothing was being made. Workers all seemed confused and had no clue what they were doing.
