I’ve been coming here for 15 years. Never again. They messed up our order twice and i had to write it down FOR THEM. They then got it wrong a third time and tried to blame me and slammed the drive through window in my face. So i sat there and waited for them to open it again and thats when some moron opens the window and teies to tell me i ordered the same thing ive ordered for 15 years wrong. I couldnt be more clear. I told them in English and in Spanish. Incompetence from top to bottom in there. If i owned the place id fire the entire first shift.

Only got half of what was ordered through the drive through. When it got home noticed items missing. I went back to the burger king thinking it wouldn’t be any problem for them seeing how they messed up. But the guy told me ” I don’t think so” instead. If this was the first time I probably would have some understanding about it. But its not. It will be the last time though. At this burger king anyway.

Went through the drive-thru to order 4 bacon egg and cheese croissan’wich. When I got home and looked at all of the sandwiches the bacon was burnt black or close to Black nothing like the ad pictures.
The French toast sticks we’re broken and Soggy.
When I showed the manager on duty the sandwiches his reply was “what’s wrong with them do you want them like this?”
(Referring to the 1 sandwich that almost looked edible.)
I responded “well I didn’t want them burnt order near burnt dark brown as you can see the color of them.”
He did offer to remake the sandwiches but I told him I did not want any. I just wanted and refund because I didn’t trust their quality of product. I can promise you that I will eat at this Pacheco Burger King in Gainesville anymore this is not my first bad experience with their quality of their product.

I normally don’t have issues here but Sunday was different. The girl who took my order in the drive thru made me repeat the first thing I said, then made me stop partway through ordering. Just told me to hold on and disappeared from the intercom for like 2 minutes (don’t think I’ve had that happen before, anywhere). Then when we got home I found the lettuce and tomato I asked for (and paid for) were missing from my burger. Not a huge deal, but my wife had some DISGUSTING lettuce and tomato on her burger. Like mushy and slimy looking. Probably won’t be coming back here for a good while.

This location just sucks. Let me start by saying traffic getting there and back almost impossible because the train stops and sits there which led to me throwing away my burger because they put ketchup on it even though when I ordered it I ordered it without ketchup and I was not able to waste gas in 20 minutes more traffic to have rude staff remake my burgers. So we threw away the whoppers and ate the stale old onion rings and stale old hard churros. Honestly the only thing made right and good in this location was the shakes. I won’t be back to have it made wrong and have to throw away more expensive food. Some people ask for things to be removed because they can’t eat it, like us we can’t eat the ketchup for health reasons. So much for have it your way.
