Never been here before, but they had absolutely delicious burgers. And the fries had seasoning on them that reminded me of buttered popcorn from the movie theater. It was delicious. They also offer ice cream but we didn’t get any. It was delicious for being a chain (we are from a region that doesn’t have Jack’s)

If you cleaning the ice cream machine and the ice cream has been sitting out for a bit I would suggest just telling the customer. Semi warm milkshakes that is more milk consistency isn’t good.
