First time visiting Cleveland and the shop. I’m from Canada, it was worth the trip. I was SO impressed with the flavours and freshness of the food. The cook/chef was so sweet and adorable. She literally makes the best hummus and needs to bottle and sell it lol.
The coffee was incredible! Def top 3 coffee’s I’ve ever had. The customer service was great, the girls were kind and knowledgeable.
The shop itself is so cute and really good vibes.
Can’t wait to visit again!

The atmosphere and all the staff were awesome. I wanted something they were out of, so that sucked. I would have recommended crossing it off the hand written Clark board until it’s back- but whatever. Everything we got tasted like warm flavored milk. Had high hopes as avid mgk fans and coffee drinkers – but were disappointed by the result. Still glad we stopped in though!

Speaking of which, the nachos were a standout. Every ingredient had its place—no soggy chips drowning in toppings here. The cheese sauce was velvety and rich without overpowering the other components, letting each bite sing in harmony.
And let’s talk about those hash browns: piping hot, golden-crispy on the outside, tender inside. Simple, satisfying, and executed exactly right.
We wrapped things up with a slice of dessert cake that sealed the deal. Moist, flavorful, and topped with just the right amount of frosting—it was the perfect sweet note to end on without going overboard.

The vibe, coffee, food, and service were all amazing. Great music, fun decor and atmosphere, and extremely sweet and accommodating staff. I would definitely recommend the flavors they make in house and the diablo latte. I wish I lived closer so that I could go back every week!

I would like to start by saying Sokoya was phenomenal. It was our first time visiting, and we sat at the bar on Saturday morning. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to walk us through each section, highlighting her favorites and helping us select both drinks and food. She also provided helpful insight into portion sizes and popular items, which made ordering easy and enjoyable. On top of that, she shared details about the décor and overall concept of the space, which added to the experience. Her service was so impressive that it convinced us to return the following morning.
Unfortunately, our experience on Sunday was quite different. The restaurant was quiet, and we were the only guests at the time, yet the level of attentiveness and hospitality did not match what we experienced the day before. There was minimal greeting, limited engagement, and overall a noticeable difference in customer service. It felt less welcoming, which was disappointing after such a strong first impression.
We are very glad we visited on Saturday and experienced the exceptional service Sokoya provided. She truly elevated our visit and left a lasting positive impression. Had Sunday been our first experience, our perception may have been different. We hope the level of service we experienced on Saturday reflects the standard the establishment strives to maintain.

Highly recommend this place. Other than the obvious MGK owning the place, it’s definitely a good spot to check out! The food is really good and the staff is super sweet and kind! I love the variety of coffees, and the beautiful decor.

The vibe, decor, and overall aesthetic is well done. It’s a fun, punk rock place to hang out. The drinks also look funky & fresh. Service was great: very patient and nice staff.
That said, the actual quality of food and drink didn’t impress; it was solidly okay. The bathroom wasn’t super clean and the sink was broken which is pretty unacceptable from a hygiene pov in a food establishment.
Enjoyed the experience/vibe but it could use a little improvement behind the scenes.

I love the food and bring my daughter here every year when she visits from FL. but why are the girls at the register always so pretentious?? The girl who brings the food is always sweet and helpful though so there’s that.
