Constantly messing up food and drinks. I ordered a sweet tea and two double cheese burgers no onions. I overheard the girl at the window say she is out of sweet tea and needed more. There was an older gentleman bringing up the sweet tea and she ignored him while clearly pouring me an unsweetened tea… I was baffled. I said oh look there is the new sweet tea can I get that instead of whatever tea you just poured because I definitely saw them take the old one to change it. All she did was fake smile and acted like she was taking an order. Not bad enough right? Nah, I get to my job and sit down to eat and it clearly states no onions on the ticket well low and behold there are onions… so I have a watered down unsweetened tea and two burgers with onions. I called as one normally does and nobody answers. I call again a while later and nobody answers again. By the time I got done with my 12 hour shift I was exhausted and don’t see the point of explaining it to the night crew. So here I am leaving a bad review with pictures.

They had made my coffee wrong and the food smelled wrong when I opened it up. I had called the manager to explain and I’m already frustrated at this point. She was very rude and not even helpful.
She wanted me too bring the food back with receipt. And I’m jsut like ma’am that gross too even consider bringing food back into a restaurant when it’s already gone out the window. At that point it’s 13$ but I wanted my coffee with extra Carmel and vanilla. And the food to smell and taste right. But the way it was off putting with the smell.. definitely wasn’t going to eat it. So I jsut threw it away. I’m not going back to this location. Just because of the way she had handled it…
I get working in the restaurant industry is not for the weak hearted. But at the same time I wasn’t even rude or cussing. Was I frustrated? yes.. but that was no excuse to even be rude when I wasn’t just tryna get my food made the right way.

Normally my guy or my girl that is up there is absolutely awesome. They know my order every day and will tell me it lol I love them! Perfect professionalism and so nice!!!

The drive through line moved very quickly, and both the cashier and the person serving the food were polite and very professional. That’s rare in today’s fast food world. This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while.

Kylon (sp?) is such a positive person. I stop by to get coffee and hash-browns most mornings, & his smile and kind, helpful attitude put a positive spin at the beginning of my day 🙂 Really makes a difference when I’m facing a tough day. Thanks!

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal with a medium orange juice. The biscuit was hard and the hash brown was very under cooked. I was in my way to work so I couldn’t turn around to have it replaced. I did receive good friendly costumer service

As soon as you enter the door the store smells like sewer, the bathroom is even worse cause it smells like raw sewage inside. The staff are rude, I ordered burgers fries drinks with sundae. No napkins, no ketchup and no spoons. I have to go back and asked three times and I heard the lady say “what does he want” in a very rude way. Well if they can do your job properly I dont have to ask for things. It took them 5 minutes to give me my drinks too. How do they hire these people?

Great place if you want to stand there for almost an hour for a mobile pickup order, for the staff to not check to make sure it’s right and not really seem to care. Had to wait longer because the bag I was handed was missing items and was missing eggs on the breakfast sandwiches. Not worth spending your money at.

Best McDonald’s in Pensacola!! The morning staff here are sooo positive and go out of their way to make you smile. The young man at the order counter was especially positive and was constantly cleaning the dining room any time he didn’t have any customers. The young man patiently assisted an older woman who was struggling to order and was very positive and helpful even when a customer was rude to him. The dining room is clean and newly renovated. I would highly recommend this location over other McDonald locations in town. I’ve been here other mornings when there were different employees working and they were also really positive and helpful.

If I could give it negative stars I definitely would. This is the worst McDonald’s by far. Rude incompetent employees. Waited forever in the drive thru for the food to be wrong and half missing. When I went in to get the missing items I met attitude and they argued I was wrong. I wanted to throw the damn mess at them
