Great stop for Italian after hitting the antique shops! Very popular spot that had a 15min wait for two and there was a line out the door. The restaurant looks small on the outside but it goes way back. We were unfortunately seated on top of a fire escape door and our table was very close to the folks next to us. We both loved our dishes, alfredo was creamy and thick and my chicken parm had no give and melted in my mouth. The complimentary bread they give is delicious as well. My fiancee really wanted to try a cheesecake so we took it to go. Service was quick and attentive. We would definitely come back.
P.S. Vincenzo’s a couple blocks away has the best cheesecake in the square. Papas was a 5/10 for theirs.

This restaurant was recommended by friends and it is a gem! Prices were very reasonable, and the food is well portioned and delicious! Highly recommend the calamari, and my manicotti was sooo good.

Been coming here for years, love this place. Haven’t been in awhile so no one to recognize me. We walked in the Friday of Valentines weekend (randomly became kid free last minute, HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?). No reservation, no plan, just a want for clams and a drink. They were PACKED, couldn’t get in the door. They sat us at the bar to enjoy our time and made it work for us!!! Love the food, love the people, love the place.

I cannot express how absolutely fantastic our experience was at Papas Italian Restaurant in Prescott! You need to experience it for yourself. From the moment you walk in, until you walk out you feel like family. Every employee cares about you and your experience. Our waiter, Aaron was beyond fantastic. He welcomed us as if it was his restaurant. We will definitely be back. We live in Wickenburg, Arizona and Wickenburg is about 40 minutes from Prescott. It’s worth the drive!!!!

A proper American Italian restaurant right down to the crisp white table cloth and iconic decor. Same day reservation and nice high top for two in the corner of the bar. The food was delicious, generously proportioned, and prompt. The staff was attentive and welcoming. Overall, my new favorite Italian spot in Prescott hands down.

I visited Papa’s Italian on Halloween and let me just say they did not disappoint! Everyone was dressed up and looked amazing. We did not have a reservation, but they were able to accommodate our party of four within minutes. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The service was attentive despite how busy they were that evening.
We had the meatballs and calamari for appetizers that I highly recommend. I had the portobello mushroom ravioli-absolutely delicious. My friends ordered a calzone, luckily to split because the portion was huge.
It’s rare to find a place that gets both the food and the service just right, but Papa’s Italian definitely does. I’ll be recommending it to all my friends and can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic! Rich home made tasting Italian cuisine with a great wine selection to pair with your entre. Great options beyond your typical pasta dishes. Quality food and reasonably priced for all you are getting. This place is popular so I recommend reserving.
