I went to support my son’s fundraiser and I will not go back. I got there, and it took the waitress 15 minutes to come by and let me know she will get to me after she finishes with another table. Cool. Then after another 15 minutes, she finally comes to take our order. She asks what I would like to drink. I tell her my drink and that I know what I want, she tells me to wait until she gets all the drink orders then proceeds to immediately take another person’s full order. Cool. I ordered a water and the ultimate appetizer platter. 30 minutes later, she tells me they got really busy (no they didn’t, the place was almost empty when she took the order) and it will be another 10 minutes or so. When the food finally came out, it was cold. I asked for a to-go box because I had already there for over a hour and a half to be served cold food. Seems like the waitress was to busy talking to her coworkers in the kitchen to be worried about her job. The only reason I paid for the food was because it was for a fundraiser.

I have no clue what is going on with this place. Sometimes I come in and it’s great, othertimes it isn’t. However, tonight was awful. I waited for 16 minutes before a server came to my table. I was told one of the servers refused to take my table and had the lovely waitress who came in 10 minutes after take it. My food took 30 minutes every time I ordered. I ordered loaded fries and mac n cheese, 2 sides, so I was confused why it took so long. Then when I ordered again, I got the pretzel bites, which are my favorite, and they were soggy. The restaurant isn’t as busy as I’ve seen it on other occasions, so that can’t be the issue. Additionally, the volume on the TVs was literally blaring. I know it’s typically loud here, but for whatever reason, the volume was turned up so much that I couldn’t think straight, and I couldn’t hear the screaming baby at the table next to me. The waitress, however, was very sweet, which has been the case every time I’ve visited.

after 8 your food takes forever because there’s only 2 people on the kitchen. they’re never given time to truly clean anything. a true embodiment of corporate America. the salad stations keep a lake of primordial ooze underneath. the floor in the dish pit constantly has drain fly larvae and they’ll stuff like this out for 3 days. either because people don’t care or aren’t given the time. enjoy your meal!!!

4/2021 So we tried again, back to normal and supper tasty!!!!!! Glad they fixed the issue!!!!!!
Horrible, the wings had a wiered smell were we could not eat our orders, ( i don’t think she believed me saying they got new wings that morning and asked if i had this flavor before, so she made me feel like i was lying.) talked to them GM And was told i have to take the wings back but i was on my lunch break and unable to take the wings back. So i was told without taking them right now they can’t do anything. So i not only got no food to eat on my lunch i also paid for something we could not eat. Crazy how a business would do this, will not support this store any more. Ive eaten wings at BBW for over 15 years.
I’ve had 2 Togo orders, have been great both times!!! Don’t like the inside because it’s too small, only reason took one star away. Staff super friendly

Brianna was our server and she was friendly and attentive. The food was hot and fresh. Loved there cheese sticks and cheesecake! The American burger was great added bacon to it to take to another level.

Food was good. Only real concern was that all the food was brought out at different times. My wife’s first five minutes later my daughters and than about 5 minutes later mine. Waitress was nice and other staff was approachable. We will eat there again in the future.

Came last night for my husbands birthday and Amanda was our server. She was absolutely wonderful! Our experience was so good, we will be back tomorrow for the last pay per view UFC card! Can’t wait!

Tables were grimy, waitress was impatient, inattentive,and a not friendly. Food took ages to arrive. They need to work on customer service and wait times. I’ll go somewhere else if I want wings again because it’s clear managent is lacking in leadership and accountability.

Not coming back. I will drive to Conroe if I want buffalo wild wings. From a professional chef, this establishment needs to be shut down and get some management in here who is trained and cares about serving the public. Waited 25 minutes for food to come out and my wife’s food was cold and mine was over cooked. It is not hard to fry chicken without over cooking it. Talked to the waitress and she said one fryer works and they don’t have a full menu that you can order from. Second time eating here in the 6 years I have lived here, and will not be returning.
