I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent order at Taco Bell. The entire order was made incorrectly:
Chalupa: All they put was chicken and lettuce, missing most of the ingredients that make it a proper chalupa.
Soft Taco: This was just potatoes and lettuce. No other toppings or fillings that were supposed to be there.
Chicken Enchilada Burrito: It didn’t even have chicken in it—how does that happen?
Mexican Pizza: This was an absolute mess. Everything was all over the place, and there was some strange red substance in the corner that didn’t belong on the pizza at all.
The full order was completely wrong, and it’s unacceptable. Check the pictures—this wasn’t even close to what it should have been.
Will definitely think twice before ordering from here again.

Popped in for a quick dinner with my husband. It was probably the best visit ever to Taco Bell. The place was clean and well stocked, the food (chili cheese burrito) was well made and tasty, but the service provided by Nagy was beyond perfect. He is a shining example of what great customer service should be. Thanks for making our night that much better!

Honestly this store is a waste, no employee knows how to use their own mobile ordering? Try to tell me that’s like that at all restaurants. As I am a manager for a restaurant and my team knows how to use the app to explain to customers. you can’t redeem something when it’s telling us that it’s not there but it’s in our cart and they couldn’t help me figure it out every time I come to this tacobell, it’s an issue I officially am not coming here anymore. It’s literally becoming a waste of money because they bare minimal, fill the tacos bare minimal with the burritos honestly, the only one that is, the most like best Taco Bell is the On The Neptune road, it is honestly sad to see how this Taco Bell is. not being able to explain anything to customers when it is their restaurant and it is their app. They are responsible to learn about the app and they are responsible to explain it to customers as those who don’t know how to work it, i understand if a order was placed then yes customer service thru app, but that wasn’t the case.

5 stars all around for Holly! I normally don’t do fast food reviews, because it’s fast food and things aren’t perfect. But Holly is every time I come through the drive through. She is so sweet and polite. Even though it’s fast food she still shows her hospitality and I think if she doesn’t already, should be recognized as a 5 star employee with her attitude towards her guests. Thank you Holly for being a sunshine!

After a long day I placed an order an hour before closing through the Uber Eats app and when the driver got there to pick it up he couldn’t find anyone. Finally when he was able to get a hold of a staff member he was informed that they didn’t have anymore food. The manager at this location is denying service well before closing time.

My hubby is a Taco Bell connoisseur lol. The manager checked on us and was pleasant. We ate in the dining room with construction workers plus one grandma at lunchtime. Our order was correct and delicious. The tacos were more stuffed here than the other Taco Bell we went to in SoFlo did. Clean dining room at lunch time. The manager cleaned it very well between crowds. Fast service.
Of note, my husband hates ordering at a kiosk but he said Taco Bell’s kiosk was the easiest to use, way better than McDonald’s or DD.
Also, his favorite is the Double Decker Taco. When I’m on a diet I like the bean burrito.

Pros: I’ve ordered here a few times since this Taco Bell location opened and the food is fresh and tastes good. The inside of the restaurant is nice, clean and well-lit.
Cons: Some of the menu items are priced a bit higher than other locations I’ve been to. The other downside is that the staff seems unprepared for the rush of customers they get during busy hours because lines (inside & drive thru) get backed up. My last wait time was longer than 15 minutes. I also had an issue with one of my orders being incorrect.
Since they are still fairly new and working out the kinks of their operation, I’ll update my review at a later time.
