Absolutely loved it. The food came fast and was absolutely fabulous again. Menu isn’t huge but there’s should definitely be something for everyone. Best part,, beside the food was our waitress. She was extremely attentive that we had a handicap child w/us and she went above and beyond to show him kindness. The atmosphere was quite, well lite up, clean and people were distanced perfectly. I wld definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who hasn’t been to Red Robin.

MANAGEMENT: I am disheartened to see such service during COVID. I have been a customer since just about this restaurant opened about 10 or so years ago. My family loves a good burger from you guys. The service I saw tonight was terrible. This should not be blamed on your staff, this is your fault. It doesn’t look like your staff had enough training. In the service industry, hospitality always leads to better business success. Your staff needs to be put in a better position to show your intended good hospitality. (COVID is no excuse, no restaurant has lost quality to the degree yours has.) Your restaurant’s hospitality is only as good as its employees. Invest in them please so this doesn’t happen to other people.
Specifically,
-Tell your staff to be honest about the situation, specifically wait times. They have a tendency to underestimate wait times leading to miscommunication.
-Teach them a chain of command, (e.g. if wait times get out of hand, call a manager to talk to customers and explain the situation)
-Have employees use the phone system to contact customers listed on online orders
-Review your online order system (including order times, placing orders etc)

Normally this is a wonderful place. We went with friends and the hostess was the sweetest person ever. She was prompt, friendly, caring and started our trip out well. However, our waiter was not good. It took forever to have him come over, then he got the drink order wrong. He says he will fix it, leaves the wrong drink on our table even though we asked him to take it back. Then he got my food order wrong. I was just glad I had no food allergy for him to mess up. He didn’t bring our food, someone else did, which was fine but it was another 10 minutes before he came to our area. Normally the waiter returns within a minute or two if it wasn’t them who brought the food out. It wasn’t busy, there was barely anyone there. Never got asked if we wanted refills. It took so long to get the originals we didn’t dare ask when he finally came over. We asked for to go boxes, he said sure. Did he bring them? Nope. I watched him wander to the kitchen, move things around, lean on the wall and talk to a worker and stand in the area where to go boxes are kept. Figured he was getting them…nope. He walked toward us looked at our table and walked away to chat with someone else. I had to go up and ask someone else for our boxes. Overall, not impressed with our lunch there. To be fair, the manager did apologize and say he would talk to the waiter. So instead of 1 star I gave 3 because the hostess and manager were decent and respectful; the food was ok.

Great food, friendly staff!
Used my free birthday burger coupon…only issue with that is neither the hostess or server was aware of any restrictions on it. Got charged at first and server had to talk to the manager to fix it. Management needs to train their associates better.

Always a fan of Red Robin. They have a lot of good food for a very reasonable price. So many different styles of burgers it can be hard to chose just one as they are all so good. Very family friendly with ample seating space and a big bar area as well. Beer selection is plentiful as well.

Red Robin is a great place to grab a burger. I had one of the best burgers of my life there. Cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly and the taste was unreal. If you have not stopped at a Red Robin, you should do it soon. Atmosphere was great, friendly and fast service. No reservations were needed. Plenty of free parking. Stop in, you will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience this time around at Red Robin. It may not be as classy as one of the several “burger bars” that have popped up in recent years, but it is a great place for a family. My 3 year old really liked the decor and he actually ate his mac and cheese. Our server, Colleen, really made the experience great though.

Best condiment EVER! The campfire sauce made a really nice flavor with the fries and the burger. Good staff, well decorated and the food options are way more than just burgers. This couldn’t have gone any better.

Great burgers & fries along with a nice variety of other choices. Our server was pleasant and attentive while not being there to much. My wife prefers their full size burgers while the snake tavern burgers are more than enough for me. The lettuce wrap is a great option.
