Ive been coming to this wendys now for 6 months. They are hardly ever ready with your food, once you get to the window they give you the frosty or drinks, tell you to pull up. Then you sit and wait for minutes while your stuff melts away. The food however is usually fresh (4) for that. They have a lot of potential but it seems as the owners of this location simply don’t care, service needs to improve.
Can The owner please clean up this establishment. How hard is it to pressure wash and fix the place up. Have your managers be more helpful the cooks need help or be ready at the window to help.

I come here multiple times a week and the people known me; I’m not gonna leave a terrible review because usually this place is great. But, today I placed my order (got the charge) but never got my order; after making the workers aware they tried to accuse me of lying in many ways. I’ve never had a bad experience like this here before but I do say that this truly ruined the way I will look at the service in this Wendy’s. And yes I understand that the workers are just doing their job trying to not get stolen from. But for the amount of times I’ve been here I expected a little more respect at least.

The laziest crew I’ve ever seen, left my desert off and couldn’t order it again because the crew members didn’t know how asked for mayonnaise for my burger and he couldn’t find mayo packets and didn’t even offer me mayo in a cup or side dish and wouldn’t even try. I had to leave and go get mayo from Publix. Not to mention they told me I had to order on the kiosk. If I own this place, I would fire everyone in it! It took 25 minutes to get my food and then the order was completely screwed up. The french fries were cold and so was the burger. I will never go there again! The owner needs to come into his store And teach his staff how to operate it!!!

I like how they charge you whatever I guess. Just take your card and swipe it, probably paid for somebody else’s food. Never gives you a receipt too busy on the speaker to even speak to another customer. Should be against the law.

The food was good. The service was horrible. We ordered our food. Once we went to pay, the employee didn’t put in our full order & then proceeded to argue with us causing chaos which made the atmosphere horrible. We finally got our food which caused us to pay over $40 for 2 people. We will not be going through drive thru again

Terrible experience from start to finish. The staff was unfriendly and made it seem like I was bothering them just by placing an order. I specifically asked for fresh food and was assured that the food was fresh “it’s fresh, anything else” stated the employee. Instead, I was served cold fries, a sloppy burger, and half-cooked nuggets.
When I brought the order back and politely asked for it to be remade, I was given an apology—but things only got worse. The cleanliness and handling of my food were seriously concerning. I had bitten into one nugget before realizing it was undercooked. After they “remade” my food and I was halfway up the street, I checked the bag and found that the same half-eaten nugget had been reheated and put back into the bag.
As a former fast food employee, I’ve never seen anything like this. Putting previously eaten food back into a customer’s order is a blatant health violation and clear cross-contamination. Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be returning—and I genuinely hope management addresses these serious food safety issues.
