The good service and reasonable price left me feeling satisfied. I am not a big fan of fast food, but it was a perfect stop after landing in Ontario. I got
the chicken taquitos and the Carne asada street taco. The meat was dry, but it was not skimpy.

So I guess they skipped me. But I didn’t get my food for 30 min. And then I’m standing up at the counter after 30 min. And they do not even acknowledge me. While they are giving everyone else there food. One of the customers finally say, “she hasn’t gotten her food yet”.. It took two minutes and my burrito was ready.. “wow”. How upsetting. !!. The garbage burrito is great tho.

I eat here often. The food is good. The service is good. The atmosphere was off today when an unruly customer came flying in freaking out. Screaming about a burrito. Poor Carlos handled things perfectly and remained calm. The guy stormed out saying he wasn’t coming back. Thank goodness!!! They don’t need customers like that. No one deserves to be threatened and treated like that. There were about 6 tables of customers in there and none of us could believe how crazy the guy was acting. I’m sorry your employees had to deal with that.

I recently started going to this place about 2 years ago. I happen to stumble across a drive-thru and decided to try it. Their burritos were good. and I was surprised on how good they were. The asada is fresh. I like the beans and rice. Friendly stuff as well. From my experience there has not really been long waits in line.

For years I’ve been getting carne garbage burritos. The pork verde version is really good too and a little cheaper. Chicken is too plain for me, but healthier. Their red sauce is bomb. A lot of fresh tomato flavor and oregano. This is always in rotation, and I live an HOUR away, a couple cities west of Pasadena. I try to stop by at this location and Upland shop when I can.
Open a Miguel’s in Pasadena or San Gabriel for us fans, thank you

Order their amazing tacos to eat in and the famous bean, rice, & cheese burrito to take home for later! Their hot sauce is so addictive and the perfect amount of heat.

If I could do less than one star, I would we arrived. A man took our order. I ordered chili Riano burrito no rice. I ordered loaded fries, guacamole on the side and two drinks we ate inside. This is what we received two drinks that were flat guacamole all over the fries rice jammed packed full in the burrito. I paid $32 for everything. The man giving out the orders was very polite. He refilled our drinks from the fountain in the drive-through he replaced our burrito and he replaced our fries with all the guacamole over it however, we waited forever and then we got it back the burrito and the fries were both cold. The guacamole was on the side and the burrito had twice as much rice in it Will I come here again absolutely not what I recommend it absolutely not very unprofessional and not happy after being told by many people go to Miguel‘s on Haven in Ontario. It’s the best no it’s not I could have made rice at home. We don’t even eat rice and I have an allergy to guacamole so I would not come here again and I would not recommend it. What I do. Recommend is the owner of this establishment giving me back my $32 paying for my gas to drive from Los Angeles all the way to Ontario and expectations of wonderful food. It could have at least been hot at the best it was mediocre warm. I do not recommend this place at all and if you read any of my reviews, I do give kudos to where restaurants do very well even if they make a mistake but they do very well with customer service but when they don’t, I’m gonna straight up tell you like it is do not go here. Please do not go here they do cater to their online orders and there to go orders more than they do the people coming in inside the restaurant to eat. I wish that would change see my photos below.

HEAR ME OUT! Sure this is technically fast food Mexican, however the food is soooo fresh and is definitely several tiers above a Taco Bell or Del Taco. This place has options and the meat is always mouthwatering. I highly recommend a wet burrito with shredded beef or a chile verde burrito. The service is also quite speedy and we never felt rushed. The staff seemed to enjoy their job and the location was pretty clean. The ambiance is pretty calm and it’s a good place to chill. It’s not too far from the fun on the other side of the 10 freeway like Toyota arena or the hotels. I’m definitely returning and I’m not ashamed to say this is good Mexican food even if it’s not 100% authentic. It’s delicious and it tastes great!

There’s a few things I like more in life than a Mexican drive-thru. This one was really good, particularly for a chain, and a chain that I somehow hadn’t heard about until now. I had what had been touted as the best breakfast burrito, and it was pretty good! I wouldn’t say the best by a long shot but it was really good nonetheless. I’m sad that I am eating less meat because the garbage burrito looked good. The woman working the drive-thru window was lovely and charming with a great attitude and a wonderful smile. In the world of the Mexican chain drive-thru, Miguel Jr is a serious contender that I’m glad to know about

So I don’t like writing negative reviews, but I also need to be honest Because I’m almost positive. I’m not the only one dealing with horrible customer service.
Every Sunday morning before work, I go to this Miguel‘s Junior restaurant to get a sunrise breakfast burrito. I get it like clockwork. The older Hispanic woman that is in the drive-through is so unbearably rude and her bedside manner is so ugly that after this last past Sunday , I will not be going back. In addition, friends of mine at work will not be going back to this location.
I gave this woman who I believe to be the manager my card for payment. She swipes the card and tells me the card is not working. I let her know that I just use the card not even an hour before at McDonald’s to get my iced coffee. She swiped the card again and tells me the card is not working in a rude and disrespectful dismissive manner . I told her the card is working and there are plenty of funds on the card. I said maybe you should insert the chip. She inserted the chip and then she gave me back my receipt but the way that she gave me back. My receipt was so disrespectful. I shouldn’t have to deal with something like this from a person in the service industry.
The one thing about this location is that they hire, beautiful young attractive, service girls, and cashiers, but this lady is the face that I see every Sunday morning and I’m not going to be disrespectful and say that she’s less than attractive, but her attitude is very ugly. And with her She needs to be as nice as possible in life. I’m trying not to attack the person and attack the problem, but the inside matches the outside. It’s very unfortunate because if I was a business owner, I would be monitoring who I hire for management and make sure that they had a great personality Because there are a plethora of fast food places, especially Mexican food restaurants. They are a dime a dozen. I’m writing this review because maybe other people have gone through the same situation. I am also going to contact Miguel‘s Junior corporate and investigate if there are franchise or if they are wholly owned by one company.
With the times as hard as they are right now, regular working people don’t need extra grief.
