I am writing to express my disappointment with an experience I had at one of your Wendy’s locations today.
I had been at the hospital all day dealing with a very stressful situation and stopped by Wendy’s simply to get a quick meal. The restaurant was not busy, so I expected a smooth experience. I clearly requested my order to be plain with just cheese and no tomato, as tomatoes make me sick and I am allergic.
My order was prepared incorrectly. I returned to the counter calmly to have it corrected, but the manager I spoke with was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her attitude made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was told I could not receive a refund and would need to come back another day, despite not receiving the correct food. Due to her behavior, I no longer felt comfortable accepting the food or trusting that it would be prepared safely.
As a manager, leadership and professionalism are essential, especially when handling customer concerns—particularly those involving food allergies. This experience left me feeling disrespected at a time when I was already under significant stress.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service and management conduct moving forward.

The place is goofy. The soda machine was out of 75% of all flavors. It was pretty clean the restroom was not so much. No paper towels. That self service Coke freestyle is a big selling point. But It needs to work. McDonald’s is making you wait in line for salt and no self service. So slow to no service. I want wendys to excel this place needs better management because its way below par.

When I spend the extra money to have it delivered through Doordash, I always hope that there will be nothing wrong with my order. The Cinnabon pull apart was a lump of hard bread with no icing on it. It did not come with any icing either. You’re being paid to read the order and put the items in a bag. It’s not a hard job.

I arrived at 12:00AM and they said they were closed.

Drive thru experience. The food wasn’t properly wrapped. The drive thru person wasn’t friendly. Didn’t asked if I wanted napkins. No napkins in the bag. Considering this location is in medical center area, I would expect better customer service

I love Wendy’s chili. But I want to add, the staff at this location are awesome folks.
Restaurant was clean , service was quick. The black woman * sorry i dont remember her name) at the front counter,she is the best. Great attitude. I will be stopping here again.

Small Burger (I got the Son of Baconator) and the fries were served less than hot. They replaced the fountain drink fountain with one of those new where you have too many choices & most of the selections were out.

Just picked up my order ahead order to bring lunch to my fiance. Store was empty,looked pretty clean, order was ready except for my drink. Had to walk further to my location so food was not too warm. But order was correct, and filled our bellies right.
