Raising Cane’s is my go-to spot, and they never disappoint, no matter the time of day–or night! Even at 1 in the morning, the service is still top-notch. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making sure you get your food hot and fresh, even during the late hours.
The chicken fingers are consistently juicy and perfectly crispy, the crinkle-cut fries are golden and delicious, and the Cane’s Sauce is the perfect finishing touch. The restaurant is clean and the vibe is welcoming, making it a great place to grab a late-night meal. It’s impressive how they maintain such high standards, even in the early hours. If you want quality food and excellent service, Raising Cane’s is the place to be, day or night!

The food was superb hot and fresh. The service was good as always. The atmosphere was mostly cleaned, but the drink area could have been cleaner. All tables were cleaned, and there was no trash anywhere. The prices are high but the food is good. If you are not familiar with Cain’s, that is okay. Just make sure to try the Cain’s sauce as a dipping sauce. Yum! Yum! Good.

Ordered $65 worth of food for pick up, came at the time the app said it would be ready. They were busy, I get it, but so many people came in after me and were served and even finished their orders before the staff pretty much decided to get a manager involved as they didn’t even make my order yet.
For the 20 minute wait after the time the app said it would be ready I was offered ‘a drink’ for the wait.
Not sure if I will come back.

Quick to order and friendly staff. The place was fairly clean and I got the fries to my liking. I got what I came for and will be back again.

If I could rate this lower than 1 star then I would. By far the worst canes I’ve been to. Customer service was horrible. Couldn’t even think of what I wanted before being rushed to order while it being empty. Nothing but a bunch a kids with no supervision. Couldn’t enjoy my meal because of the inappropriate music that they were playing on the speakers. The only one actually working was the one sweeping. Chicken was in puddle of grease. The fries not cooked at all looked and tasted like they just thawed them out. To top it off one of the workers came out the restroom and dried his hands on his shorts while walking back to the kitchen. Please raise the standards of who you hire.

Friendly staff, clean establishment, and amazing food! This is one of the best Cane’s location I have been to!
The staff even came over and asked how our visit was and if we needed anything. Great customer service!

Updated review: 3/2/25, I’m reducing my review from 5 stars to 3. Not sure what happened; quality has surely gone down the drain. This is the 2nd time in a row I have gotten A HALF of a chicken tender in my son’s kids meal. Smh. So glad I bought 2 additional tenders. We pay good money here for QUALITY food. I will rethink future visits and will begin checking my food at the window. And the last time I ordered a meal and added a tender, I didn’t even get my extra tender. I didn’t check it until I was gone (just as today). I shouldn’t have to go back for what I paid for. I’m disgusted to say the least.
Old review (6 years ago): I think this is my favorite location. Staff is nice, and the sweet tea is always on point. My family and I visit here frequently!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Raising Cane’s. The employees both the cashier and the kitchen staff were basically a group of teenagers who acted completely unprofessional the entire time.
I ordered a Box Combo with coleslaw, toast, and an extra bun (which I know costs extra). I’m not sure what was so funny about my order, but the cashier looked confused, started laughing, and workers back in the kitchen were laughing too. While I went to fill my drink, I heard them making comments and joking about it. I’m a grown man I’m not about to cause a scene over food, especially with families dining in.
When my order came out, the cashier asked me again, “Did you want a toast or a bun?” like she didn’t just take my order minutes before. I told her, “Just give it to me, it’s fine did you even charge me for it?” She said NO then smirked at the kitchen staff, and they were all laughing again like it was some kind of joke.
If the employees working here can’t take their jobs seriously and think it’s funny to laugh at customers, that’s a management issue. Someone needs to step up and teach them professionalism, because this behavior is unacceptable for any customer walking in.
