It took forever to get our food that only tasted so so, and didn’t look AT ALL like the picture in the menu. The service was ok, but I think they were severely understaffed. The worst thing of all was the atmosphere. There was a group of very rowdy teenagers that were obnoxiously loud. Kids deserve to have fun, don’t get me wrong. But the volumn was excessive. And no one asked them to quiet down. Not even the adult that was with them. Then came the cashier. It took her three tries to get change right for a customer… And then she walked away and left her till wide open. All I can do is laugh, the whole experience was nothing more than a three ring circus!!!

Clean place, I ate a delicious meal for under 10 dollars. Staff nice. I really enjoyed Bob Evans, this was my first time coming. here and I was thoroughly impressed by the prices and quality of the meal. The portions are quite good too!

BAD DAY at Bob Evans!
Right off the jump we were told there was a wait list only to have the next two families that walked in be seated immediately. Come to find out the staff dont communicate well and end up with one host create a wait list and the other over seating waitresses that werent ready.
Next the food….we waited 45 minutes to receive under cooked potatoes, burnt bacon and stone cold everything!
When we informed the waitress she suggested we speak with a manager. Normally I don’t like to take things “that far”, but as it was suggested rather than requested we agreed. Instead the manager declined to appear! So the waitress suggested we try again when paying the bill??
After waiting 10 minutes in line just to pay the bill because the same host that put us on a non existent wait list also didn’t know how to operate the register, we proceeded with the suggestion to request to see the manager.
Didn’t help any asking at the register as we were told “she’s too busy. Wanna come back later?”
Not quite sure when one of the top priorities of a restaurant manager stopped being customer satisfaction….especially during a Sunday Morning breakfast schedule….but it just rounded out the extremely disappointing visit to Bob Evans.

4th of July Breakfast – Table needed to be cleaned again after seating us, but our waitress couldn’t have been better!! Pancakes were a little on the dry side… but overall pretty tasty.

Old world cooking style, no flavor. Servers very sweet and attentive but food is lacking in taste. Ordered Egg omelette with feta and spinach, a “sheet” egg with burnt spinach folded inside then dry cheese crumbs on top was served.
