McDonald’s food is McDonald’s food BUT the ppl here at this specific McDonald’s are some of the nicest anywhere. Staff is so nice! Guy at drive thru is kind. Very un-McDonald’s when it comes to exceptional service and feels more like an owner and team that hires ppl that actually don’t hate their existence.

Disappointed with the Large Fries Portion
I ordered a large fries through the McDonald’s app and was honestly shocked by what I received. The container was barely half full — nowhere near what’s shown in the app’s own promotional photo (see attached for comparison).
If you’re advertising a full container of fries, then that’s what customers should get. This felt misleading and disappointing. I hope McDonald’s can improve consistency and quality control, because right now, it feels like I paid for something I didn’t actually receive.

So much for a place that prides itself as “fast” food. The way the Mcdonalds drive thru is setup screws you because you’re locked in a path no matter what so you have to wait, and these people took so long with my order im late to work. Never coming here again!

On a quiet Sunday night with Nobody in the drive through I was told to park for 20 minutes. When they finally delivered my food is was clear that the burgers were cooked along time ago, COLD,
BURNED, DRY AS THE DESERT. McDonalds is dropping the ball on every play. The food was gross and horribly unacceptable. I can not recommend enough that you stay far away from this place unless you love Raw Disappointment. NEVER AGAIN!

Disgusting. One of the workers was licking ice cream off her fingers after her fingers touched the inside of someone’s sundae, and NO she didn’t wash her hands after licking her fingers, instead she hands me the bag with her nasty hands. I asked for a big Mac instead what I got was a Mac big, I do not know how in the world they didn’t notice they put my burger in reverse?? It wasn’t even busy, there were maybe 3 cars in the drive thru, and I was the only person inside.

I have never! Running late for an appointment I chose McDonald’s and the fish sandwich. THE WORSE EVER in my 30+ years. The bun usually is soft & warm. This bun was hard and when I touched the bun. My finger push through it and made a hole!That’s how stale the bread was I asked for another sandwich because of the stale bun. The lady was like it was just made. ♀️ Lady McDonald’s DON’T make buns at the store. They gave another sandwich and running late I didn’t check it. When I got a block away to my destination I opened the box expecting a warm fresh fish fillet on a fresh bun. NOT! Same kind of stale bun. So disrespectful. Never will I ever. I gave ⭐⭐ because the soda was good.

I did an order at 3:50 a.m. I drove to window because no one answering the drive throw, they told me the system is rebooting and they could not get to any close McDonald’s to get my food, they talking about the refund it’s about I’m hungry and there is one girl she was finishing her shift looks to me Spanish, and she could not help with anything she told me to cancel the order even i was 10 min before 4am, I didn’t like the way its done when the store say 24/7 and they are closed at that time
