If you go at the right time it’s hot fresh and delicious. Most of the staff are nice and helpful. They always seem short handed and they NEVER have a plain hot n ready cheese pizza available so the wait is a little aggravating.

Don’t know what happened to the crust on these pizzas but it is horrible! Wasn’t the best before but now its like cardboard and cornbread. No cheese on my cheesebread and hardly any on my pizzas. Service is terrible also. Feel like I’m gonna be snapped at when I ask for sauces they didn’t give me. Overall worst place in Lenoir to eat at now.

Ordered in the app. Got to the store waited outside till it was done and I was notified. Went in picked the pizzas out of the portal with no issues. Until I got home and the cheese pizza is burnt. Phone off the hook so no one answers. Guess it would be my fault for not checking it before I left but seriously who wants a burnt pizza?

I went tonight and I asked for light cheese. I go often, this happens at least 50% of the time. I always take a gamble when going. I’m thinking bout not even going anymore, when made correctly it is good food but I don’t want to pay for something I didn’t want, or call and complain, or go back another time. It just doesn’t make sense to have to do that.
The manager in the past has always made it right but my family and I was already home and didnt want to come back out. It has been a very long day so I raked everything off my pizza and just ate the bread and what little marinara was left.

Sometimes me and my husband get one of those hot and ready pepperoni pizzas that are suppose to be fresh. Well yesterday when we got home the pizza looked like if it was made yesterday and it tasted like it was old and not fresh. I don’t think we will be coming back and will get a pizza somewhere else.
