People seem too busy to be worried about anything was looking in different directions almost the entire time when I got my food it was good so I went to go get some ketchup and there wasn’t any ketchup dispensers and the counter had ketchup all over it. I went up to get some from the counter and they pointed to this black container and there was about six ketchup packets in there and an unknown substance at the bottom of it. Some kind of liquid. It was coated all over the ketchup bags. My fries were kind of soggy. Not really salted well and also kind of undercooked. My burgers that I ordered as well were not pieced together really well. I had onions on the bottom of my bun and the top and it looks like the meat’s been sitting out for a couple hours. Also, I don’t think you’re supposed to stack burgers sideways. I don’t know if that’s just me.

Been 3 times in the last month, only because my daughter loves there fries and it’s right off the high. Literally had an employee talking trash about me 5 feet in front of me then want to tell me I miss understood him. Went in tonight for a single large fry waited over 10 mins watching 3 cars get there items and leaving before going in met by rude employees told I was waiting on fresh fries (so they served atleast 3 customers bad fries) but scooped out the same batch they just served out the window in front of me. Will do my best not to go back to this location.

I always order a deluxe chicken sandwich, and on three different occasions this location has given me just a plain chicken sandwhich. After the third time I immediately called told them so the lady (who was actually nice) would put my name down in their book so I could get it fixed later. But when I try to come back another day and tell them my name should be in the book the guy says it’s not in there. He probably didn’t even look and or they were just too busy to even care. Terrible location plain and simple

Absolutely horrendous, ordered a Iced Coffee – extra cream and extra caramel, but received a Iced Coffee that tasted like just coffee concentrate, worst part is that I was charged for extra caramel that wasn’t even PUT INTO THE DRINK, and I was asked not once but twice “what my order was”, all while I had to remind the drive thru boy about my medium drink. Terrible, just plain terrible

Absolute worst McDonald’s experience ever if you have a customer taking their God given time with a line building up move the customer forward until they get their affairs in order making an entire line wait at not 1 not 2 but 3 windows for whatever reason aint it politely ask them to pull up people come to fast food for FAST FOOD for the time it took them to realize we were getting agitated I could’ve grilled my own hamburger DO BETTER

Ordered food by mobile app at 5:25 didn’t receive food until 6:30. Standing in lobby waiting for an hour is ridiculous! Manager wasn’t concerned or apologetic for the wait. Apparently you can order in store faster since others did and received food before we did. Terrible service!

It was actually a good McDonald’s our food was fresh the fries were hot and fresh it’s close to Oklahoma heart hospital I had a big Mac and my wife had a bacon and cheese quarter pounder I would definitely go there again the staff was kind and caring new need more of these stores around Go McDonald’s on sooner road you got my business thumbs up

It actually surprises me this place has even three stars. They have missed literally patties on the burger. Doesmt matter if its delivery or you show up. They either cant take the order or camt make the order. Its wrong literally everytime. Can’t wait till this place closes. Yall dont deserve the job. Yall dont care.
