Went here with my girlfriend and brother to meet our friend and his girlfriend for dinner. We had a great time overall. The food was pretty solid and had a lot of options. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I would go back again! The milkshakes and burgers are delicious

I’ve officially become a huge fan of Burgatory, and their Heavenly Shakes are a big reason why.
This visit, I went straight for my favorite: the Oreo Peanut Butter Shake – adult version, with a shot of peanut butter whiskey. Thick, rich, indulgent… basically dessert doing the absolute most. And bonus points for bringing out the extra shake that wouldn’t fit in the glass—because no one should be denied that kind of joy.
On the savory side, I ordered the cheeseburger sliders with baked beans. The sliders were perfect for snacking—juicy, classic burger flavor—and I loved that they brought out a plate with lettuce and tomato on the side so you can build it your way. Thoughtful touch.
The chili was zingy, rich, and packed with flavor.
Great food, fun vibes, and staff that clearly gets it. Burgatory continues to deliver, and I’ll absolutely be back—probably sooner than I should be.

Ordered take-out from Burgatory while in town on the recommendation of several locals. The real star of the show was the milkshake. Delicious, creamy, and the perfect dessert to my meal.

The packaging was great and kept my food warn while I headed back to my hotel. I found that the bun was a little too-toasted and dry (despite having mayo and bbq on the burger). My burger did have a nice medium cook (hot pink center) but it was more charred on the outside for my preferences.

I opted to upgrade the side of chips to their salad option with the balsamic vinaigrette. This was perfect! Refreshing and made with fresh ingredients.

I would definitely come back to try something else, probably steering clear of the brioche bun next time though.

We tried the bar for happy hour on Wednesday and had a great experience. The bar tender was busy but made sure he attended to us. The half price apps were great as was the beer served in a chilled glass. We got the wings and loaded fries and 2 drinks and were full and happy.

This place is the best, great customer service, great food and atmosphere.

I love how vegan friendly this place is!! Their online menus are very clearly labeled and I feel confident ordering here. The vegan mayo is incredible and the shakes are the best I’ve ever had. I do wish the up charge for vegan cheese wasn’t $2…this is very steep 🙁

Burgatory is hit or miss, the cranberry location is more of a miss compared to other stores.
When you pay premium prices , you expect exceptional results, however this location doesn’t get that. The attached photo was after I rebuilt it, a of a disappointment. Still tasted decent nonetheless

The food here is really good, the burgers were juicy and the options are endless. The waitstaff was very nice. My only gripe with the place is they enclosed the patio during the winter and put space heaters, It is nice to have extra space but it is not very warm. They seated us right in the corner and it was just way too cold. I am sure they would have moved us no problem had we asked but I didn’t want to be an inconvenience. Other than that everything was great. A very fun place with a neat theme.

Burgatory was a must-stop on our most recent trip, thanks to my boyfriend, who had one of their adult milkshakes last year while we were in town for work and insisted we go back.

I took his suggestion and ordered the Oreo peanut butter pie milkshake, along with a bowl of chili that came with a slice of cornbread. The milkshake did take a little while to come out, but it was absolutely worth the wait. I don’t know what kind of witchery they’re using, but this was hands down the best milkshake I’ve ever had. There were actual chunks of peanut butter pie blended in, and the whipped cream wasn’t some artificial afterthought. It was decadent, thick, creamy, and generously portioned.

The chili was delicious and even had a bit of a spicy kick. I had higher hopes for the cheddar jalapeño cornbread, but while it didn’t wow me, it was still tasty.

The only real downside was the temperature inside. The industrial-style building was pretty chilly, and many guests kept their coats and winter beanies on while eating. They had converted an outdoor patio into a usable winter space with patio heaters, which may have contributed to the main dining area feeling cold.

Overall, the food (especially those milkshakes) more than makes up for it, and I’d absolutely come back — just next time with a warmer layer on.
