This was a quick trip before the BSU Graduation and I must say that the employees are not friendly nor polite. They definitely need to be trained in customer service unless we are use to the better service that we are accustomed to in the 757

The service was great. My reason for the one star is the misleading menu. For 5b on the drive through, it shows chicken strips in a tortilla with lettuce. We ordered two and received a box of three soggy chicken strips.
*Update – I say at another McDonald’s that 5b is for chicken strips. It’s hard to tell because the placement is next to the snack wraps. It’s a design error, not the associates fault. Still leaving one star because the chicken strips were soggy and disgusting.

Expensive!!! 2 sandwiches & large fries cost me $20. $3 to get bacon on my tiny Mc Crispy. Did taste good though.

Got an egg McMuffin and the muffin was darn near raw. The hippy at the window had a huge attitude problem. You couldn’t hear him at the ordering kiosk outside. Once I got to the window, my having a decade of experience in call centers, I suggested that he moved the microphone closer to his mouth not have it wrapped around his neck and his reply was “I’m not looking to eat this microphone and there’s nothing you can do about it”. What kind of reply is that? I called a manager over who could barely speak English and I’m rather confident nothing happened. Then I go to the next window to pick up my food and there is another person that couldn’t hardly speak English and as she was verifying my order I couldn’t understand her barely and she kept referring to a Diet Coke as “light Coke”. I couldn’t understand her. I don’t care who serves my food, you have to do better McDonald’s, you need to get people there that speak fluent English without such heavy accents so we can understand them and they can serve your customers more efficiently!

Walking in at 5pm i was surprised how clean the place was. At the time the line wasnt long at all. The cashier asked us to ise the kiosks which i thought was a little weird bc – we were the only ones in the building in line. But i went with it. She took us over an started our order which i was still like bc she was doing it from there. So i told her ill finish it so the kids can tap tap and select their own choices. Anyway we ordered sat down and our food was brought to us at our table. We sat ate, laughed, and enjoyed our meal.

I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Dennis, the manager on duty. I had an issue with my order and received the wrong item. Dennis personally reached out to me, handled the situation with professionalism, and made sure the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. His customer service was top-tier, and I truly appreciated how respectful and understanding he was throughout the process. This McDonald’s is slow and rude. I just picked up two happy meals from a very saucy employee at the second window after the cashier gave me eye rolls at the first window. The second employee reached for the window to close it when I started to ask something, indicating she clearly was done with me as soon as she got my food out of the window. I understand to keep the line moving but customer service is still expected.
Then there are most days when you just wait. Even with the crazy lines at chik fil a, I get my food faster and hotter. Usually I can handle slow, the employees are normally really great, but this afternoon wasn’t the case. I don’t think I’ll go to this location anymore if I can help it.
