Worst experience at a Sonic. I got there just after opening and the tots were stale and cold. When I told them about it they told me that they are made fresh for each order.. there is NO WAY those were just made as they were not even mildly warm. Looking at my coffee there are weird flakes of something on the top so I can’t even enjoy that either. What a waste of time and my hard earned money for stuff that’s not even eatable..

No condiments with pretzel twist (cheese) and mozzarella sticks (marinara). The peppermint shake was just vanilla ice cream with some peppermints sprinkled on top, and they forgot the hot fudge. The oreo blast had no oreo inside, only on top as well. Carhop was nice though.

I’ve airways enjoyed sonic, it is definitely better than your average fast food and they have so many more choices available on their menu. Plus I’m certain they have the largest selection of beverages in town. Today they messed up my order by adding an extra burger and leaving out my tater tots. I was still deciding whether to say anything or not when they brought out my tater tots and told me I could keep the burger. They have me plenty of condiments and remembered napkins. The employees were happy and friendly.

Don’t go here if you have a cheese allergy and don’t get cheese on your burgers, they still charge you for a cheeseburger. I won’t be going back to sonic anymore since they want to rip people off. I won’t support a business like that.

I waited for my order, which included two corn dogs and a soda, for 45 minutes. The order was still somehow made wrong. I watched about 10 cars come in and out while I waited. Then, they told me my card didn’t go through when they gave me my food and then I waited another 20 minutes for them to give me my card.

Sunday was not busy. But we waited for almost 20 minutes in a stall, for 3 meals. The drive thru was empty… but I get it, lots of places are short staffed.
However, we got home and our food was burnt. Why would they serve this?
This is not my first bad experience at this sonic. Haven’t had issues at others. So I’ll be avoiding this one permanently.

Wednesday 12/17/2020, made an online order picked it up at 8:50 pm ish. Just found two huge black hairs sticking out of my grilled cheese. This is absolutely disgusting and so unsanitary. I will never come to this location and will probably be scarred from Sonic for life. This is going on my Snapchat too so no one I know goes to this location!!! Ahh! I’m literally going to puke.
