Just what the doctor ordered! This thriving, lively and eclectic venue is arguably one of the main catalysts along Old 41. Located at the center of a newly vibrant restaurant and music scene, this place stands up. It’s a mostly open air restaurant and bar area with a very chic California type vibe (in the positive). It is relatively quiet and approachable during the lunch hour, but the evenings on the weekend are a different story. Definitely worth checking out and they’re known for their pizza!

What a great time. Finally got here after living in Florida for a year, and it was as good as everyone said—plenty of space, tables, and areas to stand. Sitting in the back areas, you can still have a conversation while the band plays. The food was good; we had a small sampling of different things, but really, it’s all about going out for a fun time, enjoying a band, some food, and drinks. Parking can be tricky to find at times, but arriving early makes it more manageable. They have numerous events, so be sure to check the schedule. My second visit was two days after this, for an NFL Sunday, and I sat “inside” the bar; it was perfect for our group. They had a two-person group playing, so we could enjoy some music and the games. Guinness could be colder, hint, hint.

My first time here and I was surprised at how large the place was inside and out! The outside patio is amazing and it’s filled with great people. We just came in for drinks, so I didn’t even see the menu. I’ll definitely recommend just on the atmosphere alone (and the ice cold beer)! I’ll be back

Our first time to Sugarshack Downtown. Love to see all the people we know from Sugarshack hanging out at this place. It’s a beautiful place and they’ve done very well of keeping it true to the Sugarshack feel. We shared a pizza but all the other food we saw looked amazing. The music was great and the service by Gabby was very good.

Nice place, great atmosphere. This was my first time here. They had a live band jamming, the music was good. A few decibels higher than I preferred but tolerable. The food was delicious & our waitress was excellent. I definitely recommend coming here if your in the area.

I’m done with Sugar Shack. I’ve given them many chances, but with everyone on a budget these days, you can’t waste your limited opportunities to go out on a place that is so mediocre.
I’ll start with the good – staff seems friendly enough, and we have seen some good bands there since they opened.
The bad – the food is horrendous. They should be ashamed. We got $16 boneless wings. These are basically adult versions of Dino-Bites, little balls of mushed chicken parts fried up. Once you get over the shock of how bad they look when they’re placed in front of you, you then realize they’re served with celery that is wilted and decaying. Our second app was $14 guacamole dip – stale chips, 2 tablespoons of store bought dried up guacamole, and for some reason, big slices of beefsteak tomatoes thrown on top. It was bizarre, and tasted like a cup of vinegar was thrown in. Red flag that things on that plate had turned sour. It was shockingly bad.
My advice for the owners, allocate some of the payroll you’re wasting by having 4 people at the hostess stand on a slow Sunday afternoon, and hire talent for the kitchen.

After the last time we came (we had to leave early because there were so many insects so beware during springtime) we though to give the place a fair chance. We came back today and it was great

Went early in the afternoon for a company Christmas event and stayed with some colleagues afterwards enjoying the place, we all really liked the energy and how it evolved getting better and better, live music h, local artists, jewelry, kids playground, friendly staff, basically everything needed.
I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Sugarshack Downtown in Bonita Springs is such a gem! The space is huge with lots of different areas to enjoy the live music, and even when we sat inside it still felt open and breezy (bonus points for the AC ). The whole vibe is just super cool — great music, great energy.
Our server Andrea was incredible! So friendly, personable, and attentive — she really embodied the Sugarshack vibe. She gave us some appetizer recommendations, and wow… the cheesy breadsticks were absolutely to die for. Honestly, I could’ve made a meal out of just those.
Overall, an awesome experience. Can’t wait to come back for more live music, good food, cool vibes, and excellent service.
