This location is great
Interior was well maintained
No trash anywhere
Our server was amazing and very helpful showing us the menu
Food came out in no time
We came in a little after opening so there was no long wait for our food
My mom got the quesadilla explosion salad and she said it tasted amazing
And I got the fajitas with steak and shrimp and everything tasted amazing
I’ll definitely be coming back to this location in the near future

My wife and I recently had lunch there and we were not disappointed. It was her very first time ever to Chili’s. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu. She made several different suggestions for us. We got our bellies filled with leftovers to go home for later. We definitely will be going back again for lunch sometime soon.

We visited Chili’s in Kingsport and my husband ordered the chicken crispers meal, he and I shared the meal. My tenders were great, my husband got mostly bread. Our server Shanna showed the manager and he came out personally and delivered a fresh batch of chicken crispers. We’re happy with our service, and their attention to pleasing the customer. Tonight we ordered margarita lime chicken with rice and beans for my wife and rice wasn’t cooked at all! When the rice sounds like beads as its moved around, it’s not cooked!! NOT EDIBLE. They do not take accountability for the quality of food that isn’t being served in the restaurant. It’s very hard to find good service these days.

Stopped by for the first time ever yesterday and had the Veggie Burger with fries. It’s a spicy burger made out of black beans. It was indeed spicy, but, tasted wonderful! If you like food with an extra kick, try it out. They have some side items if you are vegetarian. If not, they also have some other great items (steak/ribs). I dined alone. The waitress seemed distracted and didn’t pay much attention. The host and cook were awesome.

Update: menu changed. They no longer have their delicious shrimp tacos. On our last visit, they forgot to bring out the chips and salsa. When we finally got our chips and salsa (after the meal was delivered and the waitress was reminded) the chips were stale and soggy. My chicken enchilada soup was almost all broth. One of our drink orders was incorrect. Disappointing dining experience.

Food was fine. But they sent a delivery order without utensils or napkins. Now I am eating pasta with my hands, or having to go out anyways to find a fork which defeats the purpose of delivery. They also refused to allow any notes or accommodation comments so I couldn’t ask for utensils when placing the order.
