I had ordered via GrubHub (which usually i had no issues with until…)it took them 3 hours to make our order and told us that nobody picked up our order that entire time. The lady on the phone was also rude. Very disappointed that we spent $70 and that is how we were treated.

Unfortunately the lobby was closed tonight due to them being short staffed. Went through the drive through and the car in front of us was having to yell at the speaker so the staff could take his order witch was rather interesting in a funny way. We got got our order placed and had to wait about 15 min for our order. The food overall was good the service wasn’t to bad.

As we were standing in line, the first person that should have greeted us was very rude. The server Erica that was plating up our food got the order wrong, And then proceeded to put the food from the box back in the serving dish that is used to serve to everyone. She then continued to use the same to go box to correct my order. Which then could be cross contaminated if I had any food allergies. Thumbs down from me! The staff is very friendly and professional. The problem I have is that I have had more food that tasted stale or old, like it just sat there to long, then it tasting fresh. And majority of the time when I ask for Kung Pow or Green bean chicken. There is way to many green beans to chicken ratio. And way to many chili peppers and peanuts then chicken.

Ordered on the app which was great because the drive thru is always a disaster. Three stars because my order was missing items from kids meal and was a couple minutes past the expected pick-up time. Also, I ordered the new meat free orange chicken because the app wouldn’t let me select the normal orange chicken which wasn’t bad but would have preferred the original orange chicken especially in a kids meal. Been here a few times, a solid 3 I’d say. Went through the drive through & it was busy. (A weekday evening) I ordered 2 different plates & I think they only got 1 thing wrong on one of em (gave us fried rice instead of white.) Not sure if they’re speaker is messed up or what…the employees were pretty friendly at the pick up window. Our food came out pretty good though I’d say.

Another great run store. Food was presented well, service efficient & food tasted good. The facility is clean & equipped with a newer modern look. Parking was free & easy to access. I had the plate with fried rice, steak & mushroom chicken.

Burnt AND soggy. You can barely tell it’s orange chicken!!! Every single time I come here it’s like this. I will never, ever come back. I used to eat here weekly and once it started getting bad, I stopped coming here. Every so often I give it another chance and this is what I get every time. Done with Panda!
