I recently hosted a party at Jolly Inn, and I can confidently say that everything was perfect! The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was just right for our celebration. A special shoutout to Anastasia, our party planner, who went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was ready and tailored to our needs.
Our main waiter, Dymetri, was incredible! He was attentive, polite, and always ready to provide everything we asked for during the event, making the experience truly enjoyable.
And let’s not forget Agnieszka, the bartender, who managed to serve 100 guests with remarkable speed and efficiency. There was never a line for drinks, which kept the party flowing smoothly.
Overall, the experience at Jolly Inn was outstanding, and I highly recommend it for any event. Thank you to the entire team for making our celebration unforgettable!

We hosted our mom’s 90th birthday at The Jolly Inn and the service, attention to detail, the food, and the service was amazing! Anastasia helped coordinate all details and responded very quickly throughout the planning process whenever we had questions. Appetizers were delicious and plentiful. Dinner was preceded by soup, and then offered delicious beef, chicken and fish dishes along with many sides and salads. Dessert was the yummiest sundae and was followed by delicious pastries and the Swedish Table of so many dishes it was mind-blowing! Maria the lead server, communicated impeccably throughout the night asking if we needed refills or anything else and together with Dmytro, Ihor, Cesar, and Denys offered amazing and very personable services to all attending. Liliya and Gabriela, the bartenders, were just as polite and drinks were spot-on! This is a wonderful venue offering space for parties of many sizes truly in the heart of Chicago …just an Uber away! We will be back to celebrate again! Cheers to Anastasia and to her team ….they certainly know how to throw a party!!

I Hosted my baby shower at Jolly Inn today (8 February 2026) and it was nothing short of amazing. From day one when I reached out to book the venue the process was smooth and stress free. The atmosphere and presentation was top tier and I would definitely book Jolly Inn again and recommend it to family and friends. The first time I came here, I brought my friend and her husband to try out and we loved all the food options from their mushroom soup to their potato pancakes. My friend’s husband is Polish so he would talk to the server and ask for drinks and so, and the server was sweet and attentive. But therefore, I started inviting family members to try this ; I invited my sister-in-law and niece, then on another day my other friend and yesterday night I decided to invite my mother for her birthday with 9 more people. With being a bigger group, we sat on the back where longer tables were; by this time there were less food options on the trays and the server was rude to my group. The lady that attended us had a grouchy face like if she didn’t want to serve us. At first I had asked for 9 soups: mushroom and chicken noodle and was then missing 3 at table; had to ask over and over for someone’s soup again as the server had not brought yet, we had to ask several times for water or refills on our soda drinks and it would take time for server to bring and she would forget to bring. I was even more upset when my mother (whose birthday we celebrated) asked for water and the server came with pitcher and spilled all over her and her jacket without saying sorry, serving in a rush with horrid attitude. I truly regret bringing my mother and family here to celebrate her birthday; the server had a horrible attitude and it made the environment feel horrible as well. Will surely not come back

We hosted our Polish-Ukrainian wedding at Jolly Inn, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food and atmosphere were simply perfect. The staff was incredibly accommodating and polite, making us feel special every step of the way. They gave excellent advice when it came to organizing the menu, ensuring everything was tailored to our taste. The food was absolutely delicious!
We had two MCs for the event: Maria, who brought charm with Ukrainian traditions and beautiful singing, and DJ Tommy D, who was recommended by the venue. Tommy D kept all our guests—of all ages—on the dance floor with his energetic music. It was the perfect mix of cultural elements and fun.
We highly recommend Jolly Inn for any special occasion!

We went to have an early dinner to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday on a Thursday afternoon. It just so happened, that there was also a funeral being observed there and we were a little worried about the buffet food situation with 40 people ahead of us. HOWEVER, it was a wonderful surprise that: food was still warm, fresh, and replenished within a reasonable time frame. This buffet offers a variety of delicious Polish cuisine – and tastes just like grandma made it. There is an exquisite salad bar, a delicious dessert table, and a carving station. And certainly do NOT forget about the mushroom soup- the BEST part- my son finished mine and his father’s. The wait staff was awesome- with 20 years of experience in the hospitality and service industry I know how hard it is personally to find the right staff. Our server was very attentive and quick with requests – she even overheard it was grandmas birthday and brought her a piece of chocolate cake with a candle BEFORE we could request something special. Now THAT is top tier service- anticipating a guests needs before they ask is hard to find now days. Absolutely will be back soon!

On a freezing cold day this weekend, there was so much warmth and celebrating at the Jolly Inn in the Diamond Room for our Mom’s 90th birthday! What a fabulous event! Anastasia did an amazing job planning this very special event with me and I knew in her professional and capable hands it would be a birthday our family and friends would long remember. The room was gorgeous and the tables beautifully decorated, and the colored lighting added a special touch to the ambience. Our servers, Maria and Christina and our bartender, Lily were outstanding and accommodating. They were definitely the A team. Such professional and thoughtful service. And the food was SO DELICIOUS!!!! I’m still hearing from people about what a wonderful time they had, how much they loved the food and how excellent the service was.
I am so grateful to Anastasia for putting everything together, to Maria, Christina and Lily for their exquisite care of our guests. My thanks to the whole team, including the talented kitchen staff, for a beautiful party for our Mom.

The venue is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained — it created such an elegant atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, from the setup to the service throughout the evening.
