Food is trash bro, the skin is not crispy and it’s soft. The biscuits are hard. The French fries are old and nasty. The only good thing out of the 16 piece family meal and 4 “large” sides was the gravy and Mac and cheese not even the mashed potatoes for the gravy. When you spend over $50 you would expect something better. Such a disgusting thing to do to someone.

DISRESPECTFUL!! MALCRIADAS!! I’ve just called this store THREE TIMES to ask about their hours and they answered the phone without a greeting and when I said, “Hello? Hello? Hello?” they HUNG UP. Second time, they hung up faster. On the third time, I heard, “Si?” And so I replied in Spanish, “I’ve just called three times,” hoping to hear that they were having technical issues. But no! She immediately hung up on me!

I visited this location as opposed to the one near my house because it’s cleaner and the food is better. I ordered the KFC fill-up box and the famous bowl. The food was prepared fast and was hot. I did have to go back for sauce, but it was given without issues. The staff were having a meeting, but they were still attentive.

This location needs a COMPLETE overhaul on staff. I waited 30 minutes for a simple order because the employees move so slow and don’t care. The manager didn’t care and didn’t do a thing to fix the situation, but he allowed Livan to be EXTREMELY RUDE and back talk multiple customers. I work in food and beverage so I understand things most people wouldn’t. This location is ran disgraceful and I can not believe corporate would allow such a tarnish to the KFC Brand.

They give me my order without the drink and without a fork to eat, when I ask for it it gives me the drinks halfway, the salad has only half the portion, here I don’t buy more.

Do not purchase online to pick up here!!!! They don’t have food available!!!!! They run out and leave you to resolve the issue for their incompetence. If you order online they will not help you to get a refund for food they don’t have. I had to wait on hold through a 1800 number for 15 minutes to get my issue resolved. Do not use this KFC the manager is extremely nonchalant and incompetent and the crossed eyed lady in the drive through is very rude. I left with no food after I paid online!!! Never again!!

Best KFC in town. Extremely fast service. It’s worth driving from Pines. Lindsay at the drive through window makes it feel as if you were at home.
